This scooter is great! I wasn’t sure if I should order a seated one being only 67 years old (lol) and weigh 190 , but after taking it for a joy ride, I’m so glad I did. It lived up to handling small bumps comfortably and the speed was actually not scary even at the 19mph setting. My husband got the stand up one, I9max, and we traded on one of our excursions. Both handled easily. For longer rides which we will be doing on paved trails, I will likely order a cushy seat though the one it comes with is decent. The size of both fits easily into our Prius, with the back seats down. The F2M (seat version) is 38 lbs but I can handle it. Love it so far these last two weeks. ... show more

    • Bad Customer Service, even worse product!
The iScooter F2 felt super cheap right out of the box, nothing like what they advertise. It didn’t even reach the listed speed. On top of that, the battery started melting and smoking on the first day after normal use. I followed all instructions and reported it immediately. Instead of owning up, they gave excuse after excuse, said it “wasn’t their scooter,” and refused to refund me. Total waste of time. ... show more

Good scooter and great value for the price. Easy to ride and set up. I like that it has a key so you can lock it up and leave it outside when needed.

I love my little scooter. Lightweight and easy to ride. Easy to charge. I can ride approximately one week in the park to get to activities on one charge.

    • Awful and no warranty help
The media could not be loaded. Rear wheel is almost impossible to remove at home, will require some sort of machine shop. Iscooter support says they can't do an exchange and I can't get the rear wheel off even with all the bolts coming off. They won't offer a refund or exchange

we ordered this for my 13yr old daughter she loved it, but my 8 year old daughter has about taken it over from her, needless to say its a win in our house, does good on our dirt roads too! We plan to order the bigger wattage one for the 13year old now!
