I’m enjoying my i10 iScooter. I was not able reach 28 mph as listed my max speed was 25 mph which was pretty fast. It was able to maintain top speed even when the battery was on 3 bars. Handles good on turns and braking. Ride smooth.

Love the scooter. Unfortunately the rear tire was flat when we opened it and had to replace the tube. Luckily they enclosed a spare tube. Other than that it is working well

Says it goes 28mph but really if goes 15-18 mph on flat road. iScooter also has a companion app thing that is supposed to connect via Bluetooth to the scooter but the app is just garbage and unusable.

1.) Faulty Inner Tubes, I had 2 flat tires (both front) in less that 10 miles. Changing the inner tube is not fun. 2.) OVER HEATS and powers down when outside temp is above 80 F and with moderate use. Walking/idling home, also not fun. 3.)Brakes Rub on tire hub- This is nit picky, and you'd probably never notice. 4.)E16 Fault causes scooter to decelerate and turn off leaves scooter inoperable. Again walking home, not fun. I bought this scooter in April to commute 7 miles to and from work. Things were fine for a while after I changed the tires out for solid state tires, but as the weather got warmer (+80 F) the scooter frequently overhears and powers down. I am working with an iScooter customer service rep to resolve the E16 issue and possibly the overheating, but it is at my expense and time to resolve these issues on a scooter that I've ridden less than 50 miles.
