I LOVE this scooter!!! Easy to put together, charge and use. I did find a couple Youtube videos to help as I didn't know you need to get momentum before the accelerator engages. In other word get it started with foot then it works. My dog loves to run and I am NOT a jogger and there is a leash law where I live to I had to figure a safe way to use it dog walking. I took a suitcase strap (one with big clasp) and put that around my waist. Took a smaller one and hooked it through the retractable leash and it works great. It did take a bit of time and bacon for her to get use to it but now she loves running beside me. Its easy enough to jump off if another dog or person comes and steer it with one hand while retracting dog leash with the other. I also like the 3 different speeds but I doubt I'll ever go full speed for dog walking. ... show more

I purchased one of these for my grandson in December 2014. He would ride it daily and It worked great with plenty of battery life and speed. It is a durable scooter that folds for easy transport. In May of 2025 it just stopped (5 months after the purchase). It wouldn't do anything. I removed the battery and it was bad. I also determined the problem with the battery. I contacted the company and explained what I had found along with pictures of the problem. THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT ME A NEW BATTERY FREE OF CHARGE! THEY EVEN PAID THE SHIPPIING. This kind of support is unheard of these days. I recently received a call to make sure that my problems were solved. Thank you iScooter! ... show more

You are basically purchasing a scooter not under warranty! I highly recommend that you do not purchase this iScooter. After only 5 months of occasional use, we encountered problems with the charging the battery. The battery would charge to 2 bars vs 5 bars (if at all). We bought a new charger, but that didn't help. I contacted Customer Service which proved to be a circus! On July 25, I contacted customer support. In total I responded to 5 emails requesting information. All these required time-consuming responses. Including providing Amazon purchase invoice, videos of the charging port and responses, numerous questions. The last request was to watch a Youtube video of running a multimeter test of the battery and charging port, which required removing the entire under panel. This had done at a bike repair shop! The cost of this test was $65. The end result of all of this, was that they will refund 15% of the cost of the scooter. ... show more

Awesome scooter for my 10 year old. She’s 4’2” and it works perfect for her. I’m 5’9” 190 and it moves me as well also. The cruise control works great after you are going for a while it beeps and you simply have to let go of the throttle until you hit the brakes.

At first the Handle bar was bar to adjust and I had to readjust the screw dither in to tuck in the handle. After that was done the e scooter was a great price and speed. It also has decent suspension not bad not great. It’s battery last around 15-18 miles, and goes 22 mph. Overall a good e scooter for many would recommend for other people ... show more

This scooter is perfect is you live on a military base or a (actually small) small town. My base speed limit is only 15 mph so it works for me. My highest speed limit is always 15, but my husband got it to go like 20mph down hill on sport mode. It’s great on hills. I will say I think the breaks could be better, it’s not a super gradual break it’s a little harsh but with being where I am it’s fine and not dangerous. It’s my first e scooter and it was under $200 so I’d say 9.5/10. OH and if you’re like me and you buy it and have it sitting around for a few months without touching it, it doesn’t even lose its battery from the last charge! ... show more

Charge lasts a little over an hour non stop riding(potentially longer. We don't allow it past 2 lines on the battery). Daughter is about 100 pounds. The headlight and taillight/brake light is a nice feature. Headlight allows you to see nicely in front of you when riding at night. We've only had it up to 12 mph. Rides smooth on the road.
