  • Love my first rugged and speedy scoter!
Style: i10 Pro-28Mph & 37Miles
This is my first ever scooter and I love it. I use to be a pretty serious southern Cali skate boarder I needed a commuter scooter that could take some rugged riding. I have already put over 100 miles on it, mostly going 28 mph. I am a 200 lb+ bodybuilder physique...so it needed to have a strong motor. I use "Push" start mode because in "no-push" I kept hitting the accelerator while in an elevator or standing still and the scooter takes off! This can be set in the APP or on the scooter. I ride over some rough terrain and the suspension is pretty stiff, which is probably best for me. Suspension does not bottom out jumping off a curb. I can adjust the tire pressure down a little to get more softness in the ride. The scooter is just as described! Here are a few comments on specific items: The milage, battery charge and recharging: I ride in SPORT mode 99% of the time and can get about 20 miles on a charge. I consistently hit 50% charge after 10 miles in SPORT. It says in the booklet to not let the battery get too low. As an example, I tend to charge when the battery charge is below 50% Though, I have forgotten and had the same scooter performance from 45 to 35% charge. The APP reports the battery charge in %, while the scooter has a 4 bar display system, 4 bars is 75-100%, 3 bars is below 75%, 2 bars is under 50%, 1 bar is under 25%. Charging is moderately fast, usually a few hours for 45% to 100% charge. HILLS: Again, I am over 200 lbs and I go up moderate and steep hills and when in Sport mode, moderate hills are 15 mph or more and long steep hills can get down to 9 mph. The APP: I downloaded the app and it connected to the scooter as soon as I turned the scooter on! Sometimes I have to hit the Bluetooth connect on the APP screen and then it connects immediately. The APP reports remaining battery charge and total miles put on the scooter. In the APP and on the scooter, you can turn the scooter light on/off and you can switch between the speed modes. If you open the app or keep the app open, it will also track your current trip miles as long as you do not turn the scooter off. In the setting COG menu you can also select to report speed in Miles or Kilometers per hour, you can turn "cruise mode" on/off, and set "push" or "no-push" as the start mode. The APP "LOCK" function, that disables the scooter requires that the scooter stay on. The scooter can not be rolled or turned off, but, as someone else pointed out, a savvy person might unplug the battery. Thus, I would not rely on it. I will say that, the D+Cable lock set that I also purchased from offered by the company is EXCELLENT and fits in the provided scooter bag! Tire Pressure: There is NO tire pressure indicated on either the book, the tires or the inner-tube. Tires come UNINFLATED!!! Though they seem inflated because the tire itself is quite strong and sturdy. INFLATE BEFORE YOU RIDE. I am using about 35-40 PSI, after a few weeks of daily riding, it is at about 30 PSI I contacted the company to find out the proper inflation for the tires, to which they responded: "General tire pressure range for road tires: Recommended tire pressure: usually between 40 PSI and 60 PSI 80% tire pressure: If the recommended tire pressure is 50 PSI, then the 80% tire pressure is about 40 PSI. Considerations when choosing tire pressure: Higher tire pressure (50-60 PSI): suitable for flat roads or sidewalks, can reduce rolling resistance, provide higher speeds and less energy consumption. Lower tire pressure (40-45 PSI): suitable for riding on less perfect roads, increase comfort, but may slightly reduce speed. Tips: When inflating, try not to exceed the maximum tire pressure marked on the tire. For road tires, too low tire pressure will increase the area of the tire in contact with the ground, increase rolling resistance, and affect riding speed and efficiency. Check tire pressure: Check tire pressure regularly before riding, especially in seasons with large temperature changes, as temperature changes can affect tire pressure. The above instructions are for reference only. Load-bearing and road conditions will affect tire pressure. Please adjust the appropriate tire pressure based on your actual riding experience." ... show more

  • Surprisingly awesome
Style: i10 -25Mph & 28Miles
I consider myself somewhat of an early adopter and an e-scooter connoisseur, and I gotta tell you: this is an amazing deal for the price. The model I got performs exactly as advertised, sans mobile app support — I couldn’t get bluetooth connection to work, but hey it’s a $500 scooter that tries really hard to perform like a $1200 scooter, and does surprisingly well at that. The setup is lightning fast, the scooter is good to go out of the box. Get the tires to ~30-31 PSI (manual omits that details) — and there you have it, 45kph as promised The only downside is the mobile app. It’s terrible. The UI is garbage, and more importantly — it doesn’t work at all in my case. But I’ll still give it a five star rating because you can do everything via scooter interface. Long press — turn on. Snort press — lights on. Multiple presses (2,3,4,5 etc) adjust gears, turn cruise control on/off, switch between mph/kph etc. — as soon as you get used to it, the lack of an adequate mobile app is no longer a deal breaker. Overall, a surprisingly good scooter. Almost a steal for that price. They even throw in a spare inner tube and a scooter bag for free. ... show more

  • Stripped bolts cause you to crash, horrible rear wheel design for trying to change tires
Update: rear shock mount stripped out and I crashed and now the thing is dragging bottom, horrible unit. So I really like this scooter, you get a decent ride for a decent price. It can get my 250LB butt up to 25 on flat and will keep me between 7-15mph on Seattle’s hills par only two really steep ones where I have to push. Range is good and the suspension is firm but fair. It’s a little heavy but I have no problem getting on and off the sounder. HOWEVER I have two flaws with the second one being what killed this otherwise good rating. 1 the app is stuck and won’t switch from KPH to MPH, I also can’t name the scooter on it 2. You have to BREAK the side reflectors in order to remove the rear tire. I got a flat from a rather small piece of glass (that was already a bit sad the iScooter picks such thin tires, but not on them that Seattle has glass in the road) but rather there is no way to remove the rear wheel without breaking the reflectors and marring the fender plastic. To get to the screws that hold the cover plate over the Axel nuts. I looked it up and yea everyone had the same issue, mine even was held in with double sided tape from the factory so it required me to poke a hole in the plastic to get under to pry off it from the tape. They also do not make the rear wheel completely removable as wires are wrapped around battery so I had to change tires while it was dangling from those power wires. This would be one thing if they were airless tires but since they are a tubed tire that you cannot patch on the rim it’s shafty that breaking your scooter is required to access a serviceable part. ... show more

Geat Scooter, even better customer service. We started having a code pop up for the rear motor and the scooter would surge and then stop. Contacted customer service and they quickly sent out a new motor, after install it ran about an hour then set the same code. After contacting again they apologized for the issue and proceeded to send a brand new scooter!! What more could you ask for? Excellent customer service!! ... show more

  • Awesome scooter
Style: i10 Pro-28Mph & 37Miles
It does as it says it does overall an amazing scooter. The only downside is there's no guard for instance if you go through elements like mud, etc. But overall great scooter.

  • Be careful of the app
Style: i10 Pro-28Mph & 37Miles
My son locked the scooter with the app on his phone at the park and it cannot be unlocked. The scooter is completely disabled and we had to drive it home. Chinese symbols which we don’t understand appear in the app. The app doesn’t work well so be careful with using it. Thankfully, the seller has been helpful and cooperative. ... show more
