Beautiful and sparkly

I was nervous about how well this would print due to a previous bad experience with a translucent PLA, but thankfully my worries were proven wrong. This prints beautifully with very minimal stringing, and the added sparkle gives it a nice "oompf" to set it apart from a regular light blue. I printed a couple of articulated models just to see how it would handle links and movement; they came out great! I've got a couple of lightboxes I'd like to print in this as well.

Disappointed

I really like the color and want to use this. It went straight from the sealed package into my dry box that feeds into my Ender 3 Max Neo. I used the slicer recommended settings of 230 and got horrible stringing. I tried again at 215 and no difference, then again at 200 and still bad stringing with the added bonus of having the filament break in the boden tube and again at the run-out sensor, and again on the roll inside the dry box. The filament can easily be snapped like dry spaghetti with my fingers in cm lengths. UPDATE: dropped another star. I tried printing a temp tower to find what the preferred temp might be, from 220 - 190 and the tower got "foamy" at 215 and looked more like a lattice at 210 where I stopped it. I had to take apart the print head, it had clogged so bad that the nozzle needed to be replaced. Even heating up to 245 wouldn't get it flowing. After replacing the nozzle and cleaning out the hot end at temp, I tried pushing some more through. it flowed at 240 in clumps but clogged up again at 215. I had to heat it back up to 245, shove a cleaning needle up through the nozzle, and push some ABS through to clear it. The WORST material I've ever worked with... is it the glitter?

Expensive, plastic spool, prints nicely

At $30/kg this is expensive PLA. I would feel more comfortable paying in the $20-$22 range for this. Filament arrived vacuum packed with a resealable ziplock style bag. The vacuum on my spool didn't seem to be held intact and felt a bit loose but printed fine so moisture did not seem to be an issue out of the box. The plastic spool is a nice change of pace from the horrid cardboard spools that I detest. Printing was fine with no issues on a Bambu X1c, I simply used the generic PLA profile and reduced the extrusion multiplier to 0.96 (0.98 being the default which is almost ALWAYS too high). Top layers were nice and smooth, no stringing noted. Printed at 210c with 60c bed temperature. No 1st layer adhesion issues, bridging looks very clean and smooth. With this being a transparent filament you'll need to watch your infill as it will show through quite easily. Also be sure you are NOT using a brass nozzle as glitter filaments are abrasive and will wear through them. Use hardened steel or tungsten carbide.

Good way to try out a few different colors. This brand is a good one.

Prints smooth, upped temperature another 4°c for best results. The glitter didn't tear up my 0.6mm brass nozzle. It looks cool.
