This was delivered 4 days from when I ordered. There was absolutely no odor at all, which is awesome. All covers are removable for washing. I haven't tried to wash them yet so I am not sure how that will go. I will update after. It arrived in 8 boxes, smartly packed. Setup was super easy! The pieces hook together with metal pieces and I haven't had any issue with them slipping apart. I love the color (Dark Grey V2). The only complaint I have is that is isnt the most comfortable BUT, I inserted 1.5 inch memory foam topper pieces that I cut to fit the existing foam. It was a 50 dollar fix that helped tremendously. So, overall, the style, great price, convenience of washable covers, and ease of build makes this 5 stars for me! ... show more

    • Comfortable, sturdy, and easy to clean and rearrange
Color: Beige V2 Size: 6 Seater V Shape
I wanted a modular couch for a long time, but couldn't talk myself into the prices. I was able to find this couch for much cheaper and took the gamble. I am so glad I did! I love this couch! It is sturdy, comfortable, and easy to clean and rearrange. I was able to put it together by myself pretty easily once I started paying attention the instructions. I change it back and forth between a bed and an L shape all the time. It also helps that it easy to spot clean or throw the covers in the wash. I will admit I was a little skeptical when I first bought it because the pillows were a little stiff right out of the box. But, after a spill forced me to was a cover, I noticed the cushion was much more comfortable. I ended up washing all of the covers and let the cushions sit out for a while. This made a huge difference. Nowadays, I choose the couch over my bad because of how comfortable the sleep is. ... show more

    • Pilling
Color: Beige Size: 8 Seater U Shape
Received item less than a month ago and it’s pilling everywhere! I wish I could love it. It’s so comfortable, but spending that much money on a couch that’s pilling less than a month in… it’s not worth it.

    • Good quality couch for the money
This is a really nice, good-quality couch and it’s very comfortable. My only issue was that the sectional pieces moved around a lot, but I fixed that by using zip ties, and now they stay in place much better. I bought the 8-seater, and it looks amazing. It really made my living room feel full, warm, and luxurious without the high price tag. I got it during the spring sale for $1,300 plus tax, which I think is an absolute steal for an 8-seater. For the price, the quality is definitely worth it. One of my favorite features is that all the covers are removable. Every single one. I’m expecting a baby soon, so being able to take the covers off and wash them is a huge plus and honestly a game changer for me. Overall, I think this was a really good buy. ... show more

    • 8 Seater Sectional - Beige

First off, I was very skeptical about ordering furniture from Amazon, especially a couch! Me and my significant other just moved into our first place, and of course, the decorating decisions were left up to the queen lol! 👑😂 I knew I wanted to go with a beige, cream, and chocolate brown aesthetic for our living room. Since this is our first home and our first time really decorating a space together, I wanted to take my time and figure out exactly what look I was going for. One thing I knew for sure was that I did NOT want that old-fashioned-looking couch. I wanted something modern, cozy, and with those big, cloud-like cushions. I started looking around at furniture stores, but whew… the prices were NOT it! 😭 The cheapest couches with the look I wanted were starting around $2,500, and I really didn’t want to open a credit card just to finance a couch. After doing A LOT of searching and comparing, I came across this couch on Amazon, and it immediately caught my eye. I thoroughly read through the reviews, looked at all the pictures, and saw that there were some mixed reviews, but most of them were positive. I even tried looking at other couches, but somehow I kept coming right back to THIS ONE sitting in my cart. 😂 Eventually, I said “You know what, I’m just going to order it!” and prayed everything would work out—the color, the delivery, the packaging, and most importantly, that all of the pieces would actually be there. I ended up purchasing the 8-seater U-shaped sectional in beige, and let me tell you… the color is EXACTLY what I was looking for! It goes perfectly with the aesthetic I had envisioned for our living room. 🤎🤍 And believe it or not, the hardest part was honestly opening all the boxes! 😂 It arrived in a total of 10 boxes, but once we got everything opened and organized, me and my man were able to put the entire couch together in about 1.5 hours. The couch is comfortable, looks beautiful in our space, and honestly gives the exact look I was hoping for without spending $2,500+ at a furniture store. We’re VERY satisfied with our purchase and I’m so happy I took the chance on ordering furniture from Amazon. If you’re debating whether or not to buy it, I hope this review helps you take that leap! ❤️ Definitely recommend this couch for your home! 🛋️✨ ... show more

    • Happiest couch purchase of my life
Color: Beige Size: 6 Seater U Shape
Review Image by Megan
I couldn’t be happier with this couch, and the communication with the seller. First of all, the seller was extremely friendly and communicative during the entire process of purchasing the couch, and waiting for delivery. They sent tracking numbers for my order, and even expedited the shipping when one of the parts was stuck in the warehouse. This couch overall came about 6 days earlier than anticipated which I’m so happy about. The couch itself is just stunning. The color is bright and beautiful, the fabric is so soft and the cushions have the perfect soft and firmness to them. And the back is high enough to provide sturdy support. I couldn’t be happier. Just fyi, you’ll need stoppers or connectors for the feet, since the couch is pretty lightweight, it can slide depending on the flooring type. Overall so happy, 10/10 in every way. ... show more
