UPDATE: Changed my review from 3 stars to 5. I contacted IronFlask customer support to report that I did not receive the straw lid. Dominic responded immediately, asked for my order number, and that same day notified me that a new lid was on the way. He told me on Friday that it would arrive Thursday (6 days), but I received it on Saturday (overnight). He not only sent me the correct lid and straws, but they sent me TWO of the lids/straws. Thanks for the above-and-beyond customer service Dominic. And besides the excellent customer service...as I indicated in my original review, the bottle itself is excellent. I took it to an outside concert today (100 degree weather) and the water in the flask stayed extremely cold. I absolutely recommend the IronFlask. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The bottle itself is excellent. I added water and a couple ice cubes...put it on the balcony in 106 degree heat for over an hour and there was still ice in it. Left the water in it over night, and the next day the water was still cold. HOWEVER, the description said that it comes with a straw lid (with 2 straws). That is the only lid I want to use, but mine did not come with the straw lid. My neighbor ordered a bottle several days after I did, and hers DID come with the straw lid. If I had received the straw lid, I would give this 5 stars, but I cannot do that when the wrong lids will make it harder for me to use the bottle. I have other bottles that have the straw lid and I will use those instead. ... show more

This water bottle is awesome! I love the 3 different tops but the sipping straw is my favorite. I accidentally knocked this over and it landed on a a metal crossbar to the chair then bounced to the concrete floor, it scared everyone nearby with the clanking sound but it withstood the fall with leaving just a tiny dent and did not affect the paint design. It keeps the water super cold for a full day if not longer and Ive had it sitting in the FL sun and still ice cold. I have not tried anything hot. This 24 oz bottle is the perfect size for a round of disc golf and fits perfectly in my bag. I'm not a fan of the straw, however if you pull the straw off it works great for my needs! I like to tip my bottles up to get a drink and it works perfectly without the straw. The paint is the dark red and it looks great and feels great in the hand. It feels like the paint will hold up well and not chip off. I had a Swell bottle that chipped up terribly, and it was twice the price! This one also doesn't sweat. Great bottle. Great price! One more thing I forgot... It takes ice cubes with no problems! I had to melt the cubes under the faucet before I could get them in my last water bottle. This bottle they drop my normal sized cubes right through ... show more

Having joined an exercise class and emptying my previous bottle prior to the end of my class wasn't cutting it, so I opted for this nice sized 24 ounce bottle. The extra 8 ounces, moving from 16 to 24, has allowed me to stay more hydrated, which should be an exercise priority! I appreciate the attractive design and coloring of this bottle. Also it does a good job of sealing when closed. My only criticism is that It does not keep my water as cold as some of my other bottles. This may just be due to the larger size, but still something I've noted. Overall I would definitely buy this bottle again and feel that it would be a good purchase for you too! ... show more

I have been using this bottle for months now I try to use other ones I have but keep going back to this iron flask. I put Mountain Dew in mine and keeps it cold and keeps the fizz too. I left it out in my car in 95+degrees for the day and when I drank from it the soda was still cold and I didn’t even put ice in it just poured straight from fridge into it that morning. I can fit 2 cans of Mt Dew inside and doesn’t spew out the top like others do when I put soda with fizz in them and open the straw. I love the mint green color also. I'm an adult, but I love having this 12oz for my commute to work, where I'm not actively gulping down water but if i need a sip, its compact enough to not weigh me down. I've had the bottle for a few months and am overall happy with it. I even love the tonal quality when it bumps against things. However there are a few design flaws that could be addressed with a redesign. 1) when you flip the cap open it sits parallel with the opening. When you drunk your nose gets pushed against the inside of the cap. It leaves the tip of your nose wet and potentially oil on the cap. Yuck. If they designed it so the cap rotated further back towards the bottle it would solve the problem. 2) when you close the cap after drinking, water that had pooled around the flat area around the opening gets squirted out when the cap snaps shut. This could be solved, or at least minimized, with a slightly concave opening. ... show more
