This product rocks! I’m a personal trainer, and not only do I do it myself either in the form of a circuit of exercises or in between my weightlifter sets, I prescribe the exercise programming with the my clients. Great core and cardio workouts. I will be buying more in the future to travel with.

The sliders have been working quite well since receiving them. They work best on hard surface floors. The perfect thing I noticed is that they have become quite scratched on the sliding surface and some of the paint from the a sliding surface scratched off and onto the floor. My floor isn’t perfectly smooth so that could be why. Overall a product that words well, but not as expensive as some other brands. If you’re going for function choose these sliders. ... show more

Not sure why these disks don’t slide. When my gym was open we used disks, thought I would buy some for home workouts but they don’t glide. Tried various different types of surfaces.
