I love this item. I have 2 parrots and I purchase 20 pounds of seed at one time. It fits perfectly in this container along with the nice scoop! The wheels are easy to put on. The seal on the cover sucks the air out. Then easy to pick up from the lid. I used to store the 20 pounds of seed in 14 containers. These were hold over 50 pounds the the lid seals up great. One of them did have a problem if you lifted up. The wheel falls off. Just stick it back in the hole. Only bad thing and I’ve seen other people say the same thing. The lids will not stay open. I have the same fall along with both of them. But they are made out of good sturdy materials. I bought the 54 pound container. I always read the reviews before I make a purchase just to see what other people say. I usually only look at product that is about 4.5 to 5.0 stars but to my amazement there’s usually a lot of five stars and then just a few ones and a few twos that make up that type of score. What’s unbelievable is even though I haven’t purchased the product already some of the one STAR reviews blow me away, especially after I’ve bought the product. There were so many people that said that whatever type of food they were trying to store in this container did not fit, some said that it held half as much as it said and others just that it didn’t hold as much as the container claims too. I’ve filled mine two or three times now and each time I got more than 60 pounds of bird food in the container and still had about 6 inches left from the top that was empty. All I can figure is that the people that are saying that their food don’t fit each piece must be the size of an Oreo cookie, no insult intended. This is a good container for the money, the top latches securely, and it rolls as good as you could expect it to. It made getting the multiple bags out of my house and into one place really enjoyable and it’s handy and does the job. I hope this review is helpful and thanks to the manufacturer. ... show more
