I debate 3 or 4 stars for this one. The sprayer itself is 5 stars. It works great. Light and easy to carry. Has a good capacity. It's also got a very strong spray so it functions easy better the hand sprayer I've always used. Not too mention it saves all the pumping. It speeds up my spraying exponentially. It also comes with didn't nozzle types and extensions that make it very versatile. The problem is the instructions or lack thereof. Apparently the price of paper has skyrocketed, because it seems like user manuals are getting smaller and less helpful. The first page tells you what the sprayer can be used for. Page 2 tells you (not shows) how to turn it on, to only use liquid operating temp, and to charge it. Then there is general safety info and a couple troubleshooting tips. However, The sprayer comes partially unassembled with lots of parts and it tells you nothing of how to put it together and had no pictures. There are plenty of different nozzles, but nothing that tells you what pattern each has or how to use them. There's a knob on the side (that looks like it's missing a dial) and nothing to say what it is or what it does. If you have the power switch off and then turn the knob, it turns the pump on... not sure why though.... When you take the battery out, it has a place to plug the power cord in to charge it. There's a similar plug on the side of the sprayer, but don't know what it is for either. I plugged the power in, but nothing indicated it was charging the battery. The few directions you get are more complicated to follow because they are written in broken English and with no pictures to help clarify, it's a guessing game. Step 1 states "firstly you should charge up the accumulator and connect its connector plugs to electrical charging supply with rating pressure 220v..." First, there's only one plug. Second, I'm not sure what they are calling the accumulator (i assume tank, which doesn't narrow down where). Third, i assumed they were referring to the random, unmarked plug in the tank until that didn't do anything. As much as i like the sprayer, the absolute failure to include any useful instructions is baffling and frustrating. I've used these type sprayers before so i was able to figure out assembly, but if you've never seen one or together and aren't adept at putting things together, i wouldn't get this. Guys, spend the extra 5 cents, add a few pages and a picture or 2. The ONE tiny B&W picture of sunflowers in a field is not useful in any way. ... show more

I have 5 acres of property and weeds are always somewhere. We've used every prepackaged weed killer and sprayer known to man and they were ok. I saw this and I was thrilled. It came and we couldn't wait to try it out. It's serious! Think of a regular weed sprayer as a wimpy pump water gun that hurts your wrist and this is the biggest soaker, which is also automatic and requires no pumping. It is fantastic! Many attachments and nozzles, it's comfortable on your back...makes a frustrating task like spraying weeds so much better. Get this! ... show more
