I read a lot of reviews and researched a lot of chairs before buying this chair. I think I made a great choice. I love it. The chair arrived very quickly, within a week and the company stayed on top of the shipping company. I turned down the white glove service after watching the assembly video on Amazon. I didn't want to wait 3 days to get to use it. The company offered a free gift if I didn't use the white glove service, however, I have yet to receive the gift. Assembly was fairly easy. I just pulled up the video on my phone and followed it step by step. Took less than 30 minutes to unpackage and assemble. Keep in mind, the box is huge and very heavy. First I was surprised at its sleek design. I was expecting it to bigger and bulkier. It is a good sized chair but not as bulky as I was expecting. I read a lot of negative comments about the chair not returning to the down position when the cycle ends. This is for safety in case a child or pet crawled under during the massage. I don't find this to be an issue at all. Unlike some reviewers were saying, you do not need to power it back up and cycle through screens to go move the chair back down. Just hold the power button on the armrest down for 5 seconds and the chair goes back down. Very easy. One complaint is the wireless charging pad on the armrest. It is kind of sunken in and it is just barely too small for my Samsung Galaxy S22 with the otterbox case. I haven't tried it without the case but as phones get bigger the manufacture may want to look at a bigger charging pad. The chair is loaded with preprogrammed massages and they are great. You can also customize them and save your customized massage. I like a deep hard massage and the chair is great for that. I know some people like soft relaxing massages and you may not enjoy this chair. The voice activation does work but is very limited and like another reviewer stated it thinks you are talking to it often and responds often. I mainly use the touchscreen but occasionally just use voice activation. The commands are on the back of the touchscreen for quick reference. I am 5' 8" and the chair is very comfortable for me. It seems to have about an extra 2-3 inches of leg extension so I can see how it may be hard for people over 6' but can't really say. Tge first day i used it relieved back pain I've had for a while. I’m changing my review to 5 stars because the customer support has been wonderful! I was having trouble with a few of the programs not working and after two video chats they still could not resolve the issue so unfortunately I am returning the chair. The programs that worked were fantastic.

Enclosed foot massage works really well, 4d rollers are great, a lot of different massage programs to use. Heating on the back/shawl and feet are very useful. If the built-in massage programs are not enough, customization options are available. I preferred not to use the voice control. The calf roller does not work well on me as it barely reaches my calves. The ankle grabber can be a bit aggressive, but it really helps when pulling the foot down.
