We purchased this chair over a month ago because of my husband's sciatica. He's been in constant pain for months now and with therapy, pain meds and the regular use of this, it's made his pain more manageable. The rollers don't go all the way down to the hamstring but it does touch some areas in the glutes that definitely eases the pressure a bit. I love that it has different massage features that we have not explored yet and the fact that I can use this as often as I want is such a bonus. Im a little smaller in built so the shoulder pads and the calf massage doesn't reach me as it's suppose to do, but I do love the foot rollers. I am not a big fan of the heel feature (that thing hurts) so I just move my feet further out to avoid the heel grasping. Obviously, it's a chair - it won't get all the muscles you want it to get like with an actual massage therapist, but you can customize it to at least touch up on some muscles that need attention. I'm glad we bought this chair. It's a cheaper alternative to getting regular massage in a spa. The company delivered it quick and promptly. ... show more

It's like I said in the caption, it's an absolutely fantastic chair. I've been in chairs that cost well over $10,000 that were definitely no better and very possibly not as good as this one! I'm 6'2" and 300 lb, and admittedly, I pretty much fill up the chair but I'm comfortable. My wife is 5'2 and well under half that and it works great for her also, we both love to chair. The chair is very accommodating to the variety of size and weight. The only negative thing that I've been able to find is with the AI voice control. It does not work very well, that's the only reason I gave a four stars on the ease of use. The other control fuctions work perfectly fine with many ways to adjust and tweak the various functions of the chair. My wife has already commented that if we wear this one out we will have to buy another! One or both of us have been using it almost every day. ... show more

This chair is amazing. It was very easy to set up and offers a space-saving footprint. I have it set up in my living room so I can get the massage and watch the game at the same time. I have had this for a few months now and still haven't tried all of the settings yet. I am confident that no matter what type of massage a person wants/needs, this chair can do it. I find my husband in it two or three times a time. He has a bad back and says this chair helps so much, even better than a chiropractor. As stated in a previous review, the chair does "talk" to you throughout the day saying, "I'm here" at random times. I haven't figured out how to turn that off yet or if you even can. The only other "issue" I've had is that an iPhone Pro Max doesn't seem to fit well enough on the charging pad to actually charge it. Overall, this is a great chair at a great price! ... show more

This is my 3rd massage chair. I had high hopes because of the supposed AI, voice control, 4D and the calf massage. First, the good: the foot massage isn't too hard, and does a pretty good job, especially when the air bags push your feet into the rollers. With 23 programs to choose from, there are many ways to enjoy a nice rubdown. The display is nice, and the audio has very decent quality. Controls are pretty intuitive and easy to navigate. The meh: voice control is very limited, and there is no way to disable it. "Alice, is always listening, even when the chair is turned off. She's very concerned about making sure you know "I'm here". She responds during random conversations and while watching TV. It's humorous and annoying at the same time. The calf roller is underwhelming. The different settings force your knees into a bent position so the calves don't touch the rollers. Even when this isn't the case they don't "push" into the legs, so it's like being tickled, rather than massaged. The bluetooth doesn't autoconnect, so you can't start listening to anything until after it is done scanning the body. It also shuts off the second the massage is over, and has to be turned back on if you go for a second round. The heat pads only heat from one side, so you can't feel the heat on your back, only on your chest if you drape them over you. The bad: On mine at least, when you have 4D turned all the way up, the left side pushes much harder than the right. It still gets the job done but is imbalanced and not as good a feeling as it should be. ... show more

    • The chair only lasted less than 6 months and stopped working

We bought this A710 4D Massage Chair in Mar 2023. It worked in the beginning, however in less than 6 months, the chair stopped working. No matter what program i chose, it only massaged lower body and legs. It could not massage neck, shoulder and upper body. For a several thousand dollar chair, I expected it would last longer than 5 months. After several attempts including virtual call with their manufacture engineer team in China, this chair was not repairable. They offered me options to return or replace. If i chose return, i need to package the chair and move it outside of my house for pick up. We were not able to handle this heavy chair. After several calls with customer service and her supervisor, we agreed to get a replacement. They arranged a new chair to be delivered. After a 2-month process, we got a new replacement chair and the old chair was taken away. The customer service has very good attitude and was very helpful. However, I was disappointed by the quality of the chair and technical support. I hope the new replacement chair can last longer. ... show more
