I was a bit nervous buying this product sight unseen, but after reading a good amount of reviews on the internet I gambled and it paid off. The pressure of each massage can be adjusted to three different with level 3 being very intense. This chair will get your whole body loosened up from the bottom of your feet to your shoulders and neck. It also has a warming featured if you prefer a heated massage. The chair does not make a ton of noise when in use and my wife and I routinely watch tv while sitting in it. The chair is easy to assemble, but it has some weight to it. I needed a friend’s help to carry it up the porch stairs and into our home. If you’re on the fence on whether or not to purchase this chair, I can tell you that you will not be disappointed with this one.

My Wife bought the IRest Massage Chair for me for Father’s Day, thank you Wifey. I thought it was going to be a waste of money, I was wrong. I've abused my body over multiple decades and I was in search of ways to find relief, I even had a membership at a massage spa. Initially, I felt like the massage rollers were a little too intense, but I quickly got used to it. I use the chair daily and I’m so thankful to my wife and IRest for a wonderful product. I cancelled my membership at the spa and I’m now dedicated to my IRest massage chair. My only complaint is I wish I could set the timer for 45 minutes to an hour instead of the factory default. But it’s an easy fix, one press of a button and I’m back to a full body massage. It looks great, smooth, quiet, fair price, well made, and you’ll get a great head-to-toe massage while listening to some great coffee house music via Bluetooth. Oh yea, the heating pad on your back is awesome!!!! Very Respectfully, dedicated user.

Within 10 seconds of turning it on for the first time the right spring broke from a defective plastic component on the motor. The chair still worked but it only massaged the left side on the main back massager. It took 6 weeks and several emails and a couple of phone calls, but the iRest company did send a new replacement motor and a repairman to install and get the chair running again. It works great and now gives an even massage on both sides. I especially like the options for pressure, air intensity, adjusting the placement of the rollers for back length, all the different massage modes, and the "spot" massage function. For the price point, it is a very good massage chair with some of the widest variety of options that I've seen on the market. Make sure you register your chair under warranty and, per our experience, the company will honor their commitment to the terms of the warranty.

Love the massage chair, and the therapeutic benefits, even has a setting for geriatric people; the chair weighs 250 lbs and vendor’s shipping/freight company was NOT helpful in getting the chair inside my home, delivered it to my front porch and took off without even as much ringing the doorbell or following delivery instructions posted to my order to help a person with disability in getting the chair inside home. The vendor experienced was lackluster due to their delivery service.

I’ve owned this massage chair for a year and a half now, and I can say without hesitation: it’s a keeper. Not a single issue. Not one. For the price, this is a wonderfully designed, feature-rich chair that doesn’t try to be everything — it just does what it does very well. Let’s start with the essentials: it’s full-body, zero gravity, and gives you the kind of massage that reminds you your body has muscles you forgot about. It has multiple intensity modes — some strong enough that I actually turn them down (and others I avoid entirely, thank you very much). But that’s the point: there’s enough variety here to find what works for you. The controls are intuitive. There’s a wired remote that tucks neatly into a slot on the left armrest, and physical hand controls built into the right. And yes — it has “voice control,” although I’d describe it more as scripted command recognition than true AI. The chair’s name is Alice. To activate voice mode, you say, “Hi, Alice,” which is charming in its own way… until someone on TV cries out, “Oh God, help me!” and Alice chirps, “I’m here.” She means well. Also: you’ll want to learn her language. To raise the backrest, for example, the command is “Hi Alice, up the body position.” A little odd, but once you get the hang of it, it's kind of fun. What it doesn’t have: No Bluetooth speakers (and honestly, I don’t want my massage chair talking louder than I do). No heating function (again, I don’t miss it). What it does have: Airbag compression SL track roller system LED lighting along the sides that makes you look like you’re hovering slightly above the floor — magical enough to make the neighbors jealous. Built-in wheels. Yes, wheels. Which leads me to my favorite part… When it was delivered, my handyman started plotting how to get this big, heavy chair through the front door. I noticed the hidden wheels. While he pondered geometry, I rolled it in myself like Superwoman. His face was priceless. Once it’s in place, it stays in place. You only tilt it back when you want to move it. In short: this is a fantastic entry-level massage chair from a reputable brand, with great customer service and all the modes I need — and a few surprises that still make me smile. Highly recommended. Don't be surprised if this chair starts to feel like part of the household and people take turns enjoying it.
