The media could not be loaded. We bought this chair for my mother and she absolutely loves it! We purchased a different one first, and although the chair was nice, it was to big for my mother, so we contacted to seller to see if we could exchange it. They were amazing to work with. Even though we had already thrown away the boxes for the original chair, they worked it out so that we were able to exchange the chair at no cost to us. The chair itself is an amazing product. The recliner was recommended to me by a friend who said it was easy to assemble and that her elderly mother loved it. I ordered it for my 98 year old father who was told he needs to keep his feet elevated. The 9185 chair appealed to me to purchase because it featured the characteristics that a person wanting comfort and functionality and aesthetics all in a compact size that could fit into a small apartment. The chair is a soothing shade of gray, functions to elevate my father's legs, and is so comfortable and flexible in its positioning, that my father can sleep in the chair even through the night. I feel very lucky that my friend recommended this model of chair and that it is exactly as described by the vendor.

This is a very well made recliner. Bought this for my mom who is 92 years old. This recliner was perfect for her (she is 5 ft tall). Very easy to assemble. Controls are simple and straightforward. Easy to transport since it comes in 2 boxes. Faux leather looks real. My mom loves the chair. Prior to purchasing I reached out to Irene House to get more information about there different units. There customer service is excellent and helped me make a great choice. I can’t say enough about the chair and there service. Recliner was delivered a day earlier then expected. I highly recommend!

The first chair I ordered was not the color described or pictured. This was totally Amazon’s fault. I spoke the folks at Irene House and they helped me make things right. They sent FedEx to me to pick up the chair at no cost to me and I ordered a different chair that arrived promptly. I asked them if I could order extra lumbar pillows and they set that up for me with no issue. The pillows arrived from China in less than a week. Their phone rep personally got my original purchase price refunded. Great company to do business with. 10 out of 5 stars for them.
