The material on the chair is nice but that is where the positive review ends. Please be aware that this chair has a 4+ inch gap in the middle of the chair when you try to recline it to the flat (180 degree) position. There is nothing in the description warning you of this. It is a nice chair in the normal sitting position but is un useable in the full recline position. I am now trying to return the chair. During the return process, it states that I must "contact our after-sales team before returning the goods", but gives NO information on how to contact the after sales team? Irene House please contact me since you do not provide any information on how you can be contacted during the return process! I look forward to hearing from you and when I do, I will be more that happy to update my review. Update: After correspondence with the seller it was decided to send back at a mutual acceptable price. When your spouse injures oneself and needs the extra help getting up from a seated position, this chair helps out. It is a comfortable chair for anyone. My only negative is the upholstery we chose but considering the reasonable price, it works for us.

The delivery date was ahead of their projected delivery. There were two boxes. Detailed assembly instructions were included. It was very easy to assemble in less than 30 minutes. No tools were necessary. It is very comfortable and will be used as a convalescent chair & bed for my husband who is having shoulder repair surgery. It will be very easy for him to find a comfortable position for sleeping and daytime relaxation. The added bonuses are the lift feature to assist standing up and the heat and massage components too. Its a quality chair. My one concern is that it has small wheels on the bottom. I like them for the ease of moving the chair, but they do move when the person sits down in the raised chair on occasion. It should be on a rug or have some way of making sure it doesn’t slide.     • Father enjoyed using it, fell asleep in it a few times. Definitely helpful getting up.
Controls were a little confusing to get just the leg rest up.
