It was marketed as a replacement and it replaced it perfectly. I was a little concerned that it might have some wrong connectors, but took it out and plugged it in and voila! Back up running in no time.

The only ding on this device is that it came with the wrong connector for the Dell Motherboard I was trying to mate it to. The may be Dell's fault. If you purchase this you might go ahead and purchase the adapter to convert if necessary and save time. Good Luck!

Installation was easy basically plug and play. It’s nice to have my old computer running so I didn’t have to swap out my hard drives. <EDIT> After 10 months of very light use, it failed. I used my old computer to stream movies to a television; at most it had 10 hours of use. I'm not sure if the next one should have extended warantee added. RIP 12/29/19 - 10/15/20

You never know when buying a cheap power supply if it is a piece of junk or not, but I must say this power supply worked fine from the get-go. No issues. Would buy another one if I ever need to.

Form fit and function a perfect match. Shipping was faster than stated it came in a day early plug dried in and solved my problem. The error code flashing of one and three indicates a motherboard problem however the fan was not coming on in the power supply so the motherboard was not getting power.
