Lunde has used this for a week or so now and it seems to be working as advertised. The hair is starting to fade and she did not feel much burn at all. Feels pretty good quality and comes complete with power cord and the tool. The cooling feature is also great as it does actually get pretty cold. My wife says she felt to cold more than the laser itself.
