We purchased this chair for our son when he was having back issues. He loves the chair. It's comfortable, sturdy and the heating and vibration functions have been wonderful for him in addition to the power lift when he needed it for his back. It has pockets on the sides of the chair and cup holders, which has been a real convenience. Reclines comfortably, even for sleeping. The remote had a few issues after a few months and the service team was the best I've ever dealt with. Excellent communication, fast and efficient in remedying the problem by sending a new remote after having us check the wiring. This kind of service is rare in these times. I was well impressed! We have three Siberian huskies that shed a lot and the hair is never an issue with the fabric. Seems to shed the hair or it just blows right off the fabric! One of my favorite features personally! Fabric doesn't seem to stain and is a lovely dark grey. I can highly recommend this chair and the company and service team behind it. So pleased with this purchase.

Went together easy and works fine except it's a little slower than my electric Lazy Boy. It did come with 1 tear in the back of the chair. You have a hard time seeing it unless you are standing behind it and look down at the back of the chair. Hopefully the seller will help me correct the problem.

This review is being written by Michael's wife. My husband bought me this chair for a surgery that I just had. This chair is perfect! I just had an open abdominal surgery and this chair is such a blessing. I had high expectations that it would be a help, but this chair has surpassed those expectations. I have a difficult time getting in and out of the bed and our couch, even the hospital bed was a challenge. This chair had helped me immensely! I am so grateful! I did not think I would even use the USB plug. However, the location is perfect and I have been using it the entire time. I love the color and the texture of the fabric for this hair! It is a soft fabric and I love sleeping in it! The size is perfect for me. I am 5'4 and unfortunately 200lbs. (I have short legs and a long torso.) The cup holders are very handy (Cell phone in one and shaker bottle of water in the other) and the side pockets are perfect for a clipboard of paper. I like jotting down notes on paper, when I prefer not to clutter up stuff in my cell phone. The clipboard of paper allows me to do just that and it slides easily into the side pocket. This review may be more than anyone wants to know, but I am thrilled with this purchase and wanted to share. Only negative was the shipping on the chair. The bottom half arrived initially and there was a long wait for the top half, but in my opinion, well worth the wait! Buyer beware: It arrives in two boxes and this could happen to you also, so just be prepared for such an incident. Again, worth the wait in my opinion!

How would you ever in your life think that you would ever need help getting out of the chair but this is now reality for me. This is a comfortable and very helpful mechanical advantage to remain responsibly independent. Love it. The subject came up when one of my useless fat kids said assisted living facility. Yes , I have assisted their living all of their lives and now I am 2 klicks north of furniture. Not going to happen.this chair gives me a hands free mechanical advantage to get my hips higher than my knees. I then position the walker where I need it and off I go I leave the chair as is for the return trip and the giant flop return is eliminated. Set down, push the button. Cushions are comfortable and I have slept a lot in it which no bad outcome. You need a small pillow for your head. I love it.

The remotes are both very cheap and the cords are way too short. The remote for the massager barley work. You can’t recline you feet with out being at an 90degree angle so you unable to sit upright. The chair is supposed to be for the elderly so it’s supposed to help with standing upright which is a good feature that seems to be the only good thing about this recliner. It is very small witch is fine if you under 5’5 but if your taller or have a few more pounds it’s not very comfortable. Customer service sucks if you not happy with the product and won’t to return it they try to persuade you to keep the merchandise and they don’t have a customer service number to speak to a live representative so your forced to email back and forth instead of just speaking to some one. But the icing on the cake is they want you to pay to have a returned. I will never again oryfrom this company again and I’m surely not going to refer them. Just completely disgusting and unsatisfactory service

We ordered this for my elderly dad, who was declining in health. He didn't end up using this chair for long, but it was very handy while he was able to use it. It was better than expected for the price, especially the cupholder, as silly as that sounds. We didn't see any other chair with that feature and my dad liked it for keeping water within reach without tipping it over. A relative liked the chair and was able to use it after his death, too. It's been a year now and one thing I remember is how fast it actually was delivered. Many pluses!
