Two of the three packages were delivered on time and the company was responsive and effective in tracing & redirecting the final package. Pros: We bought the one with grey upholstery and it is sturdy and soft. The pieces were easy to load through our RV door. The chairs are very comfortable and the recliner pull cord works great. Cons: There were no assembly instructions. We had to guess. The couch is in three separate pieces that do not connect to each other so they slide in different directions whenever we get in or out of our chairs. This is going to be a problem when we travel and it appears that they are supposed to be bolted to the floor. There are bolts - with wingnuts! ... show more

This two seater loveseat couch blew me away. I had been looking at it for a long time and when Prime day rolled around I got it for around $100 off, knowing I HAD to get it and I am so glad that I did. It’s literally perfect in every way. Very comfortable, fits my body, legs & recline function are great (whereas this I feel is a lot to ask for when it comes to furniture nowadays? Like manufacturers have no idea how the human body is shaped/sits/reclines…) Love the cup holders. It’s compact and fits perfectly in my little living room area. It took me fifteen minutes to put together, so easy it was unbelievable. No smell, comfortable, velvety fabric, nice pockets… I would definitely purchase more furniture from this retailer in the future. Cannot say enough good things, I am just so pleased. ... show more

Better quality and comfort than I expected for the price, compared to other RV furniture. It did come in three boxes - 1 one day and other 2 the next day. (Tracking number was for 2nd day.) The separate pieces fit through the door easily.
