Couch is extremely beautiful in person , and I was so relieved that it’s cushiony and feels like a top quality couch, it’s sturdy and easy to assemble , they give you more that enough spare pieces to assemble , I didn’t realize how big it is , I got the 4 seater with 2 ottomans and I could only stretch 3 of the seat’s against my wall because it’s too long for my living room but is not an issue I used the forth seat as a single chair , and still looks and feels extra comfy the only issue I had with this order is it came a day early before I got my keys to my new house but if I was already here before ordering it I would praise them for the early delivery ... show more

I gotta say, I am surprisingly very pleased with this couch. After 3 months moving into my new townhome and searching for the right couch - this one is a perfect fit. First of all, KUDOS to the sellers Quan E-Commerce for providing additional delivery instructions ahead of time. It helped ease my anxiety even after one of the pieces was delayed by a day. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow. And as a 52 y/o newly single woman, who does not always follow directions, I was able to do it all by myself (I feel very empowered after this project). That's how straightforward the instructions were and helpful insight from the seller. As described the mustard yellow color is perfect and true to the description. The pillows inflate to full capacity a few short delays after opening the product. And it's stylish and gorgeous. I can't wait to find my accent rug and chairs to accompany this beautiful couch. And lastly, it is very reasonably priced for the comfort and style. I didn't expect to love it so much! ... show more

Much better than expected! Knew it was a risk ordering a sofa online for this low price. But, we really wanted something yellow. Very comfortable, easy to put together, and looks great! Goes perfectly with our Pittsburgh Pirates theme💛

    • Good, not great, worth the price.

It's been 10 months since I bought these couches. The Good... they're huge, modular if you buy a mix of pieces, and the color is nice. The company is also very responsive and replaced a piece that came broken. They're sturdy, I'm heavy and these don't even creak under my weight. Easy to move and all the cushions covers come off for easy cleaning.i just throw the pillow cases in the wash every couple months. The Bad.... not super comfortable to lounge on for hours or sleep on. You can sleep on them but it won't be your best nights sleep. They could use more padding. The legs they come with are short. I replaced all of them which cost me another hundred and something bucks because I needed enough for two couches. These are a little difficult to clean especially things like pen. I would suggest some kind of fabric guard spray. Would I buy them again? Perhaps. Do I think it's a good value? Yes. Would i look for something a little more comfortable and cloud like and pay an extra $500 next time? Probably. The ottomans are big and can be used as seats themselves potentially turning a 5 seater into an 8 seater. If you need something in expensive that looks nice and lasts with care then I would suggest these. The yellow has faded a little since I bought and my house is pretty dark so it hasn't really been exposed to sun. ... show more

I love this couch!! I got the one with two ottomans and it’s like a huge comfy bed. I like that the armrests have pillows on them because I like to lay horizontal with my head on the armrests and usually with other couches I have to put pillows there but not this one!! Two things to note: (1) it shipped in three different boxes -BEFORE it shipped the seller messaged and said the couch would be shipped in separate boxes and may arrive at different times -2 were delivered on the same day (a Friday) -the other was delivered Monday but I didn’t have a tracking number for that one -I reached out to the seller on Saturday and they provided me with the tracking number for the last box quickly (2) it was pretty easy to build but while building I couldn’t get one of the back pieces to where the holes aligned and realized it was because there was an extra piece of wood in the way. So I took a pair of scissors and got it out and we were good to go! I like that it’s raised off the ground so my little robot vacuum can get underneath easily. And despite being white, my cats black fur hasn’t really been a huge issue. And all of my friends have said it’s really comfortable and they love it. ... show more

    • Pretty, soft, customer service not so great
Color: Blue Size: 53" - I Shaped
It is pretty much as advertised. I bought the couch and two ottomans and a chair. The color (blue) is pretty, most of the cushions fluffed up, the chair cushion did not and one of my ottomans came with some damage to the bottom of the frame. I have not tried to clean the covers yet. The fabric is soft, the height is fine once the cushions are in it. The back is low, but I find it nice for reclining. I read reviews that said they are great for small spaces, but I find the pieces large in my small space. I reached out about the damage, they apologized and asked for more pictures, I sent them, and I never heard anything more. So three stars because they are cushiony, soft and the color is pretty. I took two off due to lack of customer support, damaged product, and warped cushion. ... show more

    • Great couch!
Color: Light Grey Size: 154" - U Shaped

I got the 4 seat couch with the 2 ottomans. this couch came in 4 boxes all within an hour of each other which was very nice! the package even came a week before estimated arrival. the couch itself overall is honestly very great for the price. the fabric is soft, it’s not too firm, there’s so many ways to arrange it, and VERY easy to put together. i have 3 animals so i love that i have the option to take off the covers to wash them as well. things i’ve noticed that i’m not the biggest fan of (aren’t deal breakers though) is the back cushions. they’re very thin but the lumbar pillows help tremendously. i will probably look into getting others that are longer so they’re not moving everywhere. the other thing is there is velcro to attach the cushions onto the ottomans, but not the actual couch cushions. i can probably end up putting some on myself but not the biggest deal. i’m short myself so the comments about it being too low to the ground really isn’t an issue for me either. i will say one box that was received arrived with gasoline spilt on it (i’m still wondering what even happened that caused this). this box contained a base, cushions, and the arm rests. the arm rests were the only things that really were ruined from the smell, but everything else comes vacuum sealed so thankfully that wasn’t messed up. i contacted amazon support immediately and they messaged the seller, which were so quick to respond back. after sending photos of the soiled box and the items in it they have already replied to send replacement arm rests! 10/10 for customer service honestly :) i looked at hundreds of couches online and in store before deciding on one and i finally pulled the trigger on this one and i love it so far! i will update later in the future on how it holds up if there is any issues im having with it. ... show more
