I gotta say, I am surprisingly very pleased with this couch. After 3 months moving into my new townhome and searching for the right couch - this one is a perfect fit. First of all, KUDOS to the sellers Quan E-Commerce for providing additional delivery instructions ahead of time. It helped ease my anxiety even after one of the pieces was delayed by a day. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow. And as a 52 y/o newly single woman, who does not always follow directions, I was able to do it all by myself (I feel very empowered after this project). That's how straightforward the instructions were and helpful insight from the seller. As described the mustard yellow color is perfect and true to the description. The pillows inflate to full capacity a few short delays after opening the product. And it's stylish and gorgeous. I can't wait to find my accent rug and chairs to accompany this beautiful couch. This is truly a beautiful piece of furniture. The color is amazing! I was a little weary of the yellow/mustard color as a focal piece and the price (not that expensive) but it looks great and comfortable to sit on. Where do I begin!!?? The couch comes in 4 boxes, the seller shipped the boxes out on different days so they arrived at varies times through the week. One instance it said shipped but was still in warehouse for 2 days. The back of the couch is a metal with fabric draped over it and the pillows attach with Velcro so the back pillows don’t sit right. Feels like I’m getting pushed in the back. Only thing I like is the height of the couch and the ottomans. Since I can’t send it back I’m giving it to Habitat For Humanity. ... show more

We love our sofa!! We've had it for about 9 months, and it is so comfortable and looks great in our home. I was skeptical when we were building it because the foundation of the couch is super low to the ground, but once the cushions fully inflated, it was perfect! We decided to go with two ottomans instead of three, because I was worried that three would be too cumbersome in our space. The two ottomans are large enough that our family of three can all prop our feet up comfortably. The sofa has also worked well for overnight guests! One thing to note, the back cushions are pretty thin, but it works for us because I have a few extra throw pillows on the couch anyway. I did see that some of the other reviews said that they replaced the existing back cushions with king-sized bed pillows. I may try that eventually, but it really doesn't bother us right now. Once we set the couch up, I noticed that one of the seat cushions was a slightly different color than the others. The customer service for this company was wonderful. I sent them a couple of pictures showing the difference, and they sent us a new cushion at no cost. ... show more
