We love our sofa!! We've had it for about 9 months, and it is so comfortable and looks great in our home. I was skeptical when we were building it because the foundation of the couch is super low to the ground, but once the cushions fully inflated, it was perfect! We decided to go with two ottomans instead of three, because I was worried that three would be too cumbersome in our space. The two ottomans are large enough that our family of three can all prop our feet up comfortably. The sofa has also worked well for overnight guests! One thing to note, the back cushions are pretty thin, but it works for us because I have a few extra throw pillows on the couch anyway. I did see that some of the other reviews said that they replaced the existing back cushions with king-sized bed pillows. I may try that eventually, but it really doesn't bother us right now. Once we set the couch up, I noticed that one of the seat cushions was a slightly different color than the others. The customer service for this company was wonderful. I sent them a couple of pictures showing the difference, and they sent us a new cushion at no cost. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I got the 4 seat couch with the 2 ottomans. this couch came in 4 boxes all within an hour of each other which was very nice! the package even came a week before estimated arrival. the couch itself overall is honestly very great for the price. the fabric is soft, it’s not too firm, there’s so many ways to arrange it, and VERY easy to put together. i have 3 animals so i love that i have the option to take off the covers to wash them as well. things i’ve noticed that i’m not the biggest fan of (aren’t deal breakers though) is the back cushions. they’re very thin but the lumbar pillows help tremendously. i will probably look into getting others that are longer so they’re not moving everywhere. the other thing is there is velcro to attach the cushions onto the ottomans, but not the actual couch cushions. i can probably end up putting some on myself but not the biggest deal. i’m short myself so the comments about it being too low to the ground really isn’t an issue for me either. i will say one box that was received arrived with gasoline spilt on it (i’m still wondering what even happened that caused this). this box contained a base, cushions, and the arm rests. the arm rests were the only things that really were ruined from the smell, but everything else comes vacuum sealed so thankfully that wasn’t messed up. i contacted amazon support immediately and they messaged the seller, which were so quick to respond back. after sending photos of the soiled box and the items in it they have already replied to send replacement arm rests! 10/10 for customer service honestly :) i looked at hundreds of couches online and in store before deciding on one and i finally pulled the trigger on this one and i love it so far! i will update later in the future on how it holds up if there is any issues im having with it. ... show more

This couch is BIG. Which is good for my space. I love the color and the style! My only complaint is I wish the it had a deeper seat. It’s easier to get cozy when the seat is deeper. Where do I begin!!?? The couch comes in 4 boxes, the seller shipped the boxes out on different days so they arrived at varies times through the week. One instance it said shipped but was still in warehouse for 2 days. The back of the couch is a metal with fabric draped over it and the pillows attach with Velcro so the back pillows don’t sit right. Feels like I’m getting pushed in the back. Only thing I like is the height of the couch and the ottomans. Since I can’t send it back I’m giving it to Habitat For Humanity. ... show more

We love this sofa. At first was concerned about comfort but it is actually very comfortable. The modular ottomans can be moved around which might be our favorite part. Easy to put together. Good quality with two kids and a large dog. We have had no issues. I would definitely recommend.

Very pretty couch and comfortable and at a great price point! Our family is loving it. Like some of the other reviews mentioned the back doesn’t sit very high and I find adding the small lumbar pillow behind lower back makes it the most comfortable. The couch arrived in three separate packages and early one package came one day and the other two followed the next day. The only thing I will say is if you are sensitive to chemicals and smell I recommend having a good little air filter because it does off gas, especially this first few days. My husband didn’t notice, but I certainly did and had to air off the house as well as run an air HEPA filter to absorb the VOCs! Love this couch and don’t regret this purchase at all! Took my husband a couple hours to set up and they sent the wrong directions to a slightly smaller version of the couch, but it was simple enough to figure out! ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Had it for 6 months or so, still hasn't "broke in" feels a little stiff. I was torn on giving a low review though since it was a good value. Saved thousands compared to other in-store models. Sacrificed some comfort. So maybe it deserves a higher rating, but at the end of the day it really isn't the most comfortable.
