In terms of function I have nothing to add or take away. It is as if it was a factory new item. Screen is mirror like and the shell is unblemished. It functions as it should and came ready to be set up. The battery was not fully charged but it took no time to recharge with the included charging accessory and so far it has held the charge. At this time I cannot say anything about battery condition as I can't seem to find the data on the percentage battery life used.     • Why can’t I make a new iCloud account for this tablet?
Tablet seems to be in good condition but it won’t let me make a new iCloud account for it after going through all the steps it tells me I can’t create at this time. Most of the time it’s because to many iCloud accounts were used on the same tablet

Ok after trying to ask if I could exchange this for one that is excellent condition as I paid for instead of good or working conditions all I have gotten in response was a response saying they got the message and was the response helpful! No it was not helpful they did not even answer the question at all! Yes the product works but when you pay for excellent condition you would think that you can get an item not bent as this effects the case firmest and such. Would have liked a ln answer to my question at least! I would like to say after all of the back and forth The seller did make the exchange and did refund my shipping cost and they did expedite the exchange and we received it looking good and working properly. I would like to have better communications developed in order to make the customer feel more at ease with the process(the reason for four starts instead of five) , but all in all I am satisfied with the purchase and the seller working hard to make it right Thank You! ... show more

Its an older ipad so expect some janky-ness. Battery life is HORRENDOUS. Dies over night with no usage. Gets the job done for the most part, when its not dead or lagging.
