Easy to assemble; looks great; only downside is the backs have almost zero cushion. I could feel the frame through the padding, but that can be easilly solved by throwing a big accent pillow on it.

2nd Edit! I had an issue with this chair, but the customer service from this seller was amazing. I highly recommend these chairs as they are sturdy, a great value, and the customer service is so good. The instructions were fairly detailed, but assembly was not “easy” without an extra set of hands. The chair feels solid once it is put together, but the design makes assembly more awkward than it could be. I managed to do it alone, but having a second person would have helped a lot, especially when attaching the backrest to the seat cushion. Because of the padding, I had to really squeeze the material together just to get the threads to catch. Also, the alignment on some bolt holes were really hard to place. The good: this is a large, heavy chair, and at 6 feet tall and around 200 pounds, I fit comfortably. The seat is both deep and wide, which makes it very comfortable. The wooden frame feels sturdy, stable, and well built. The mediocre: the fabric is inline with the price point, but not overly premium. Also, the exposed bolt holes could easily have been covered with small wooden plugs or dowels, which would have improved the overall appearance a lot. I am also not convinced the seat angle is perfectly ergonomical, but because the chair is so roomy, it is still comfortable when you lean back a bit. Nice sitting chair and better than some of the smaller ones available from other sellers.

So long story short, make sure you buy your products somewhere reputable. Do not buy from this seller! Nothing but headaches! Chair is short and very uncomfortable. The assembly did not go as planned. One of the arm chairs didn’t line up with a bolt screw and had stripped the pre drilled hole for wooden arm chair. Told seller about the issue. Requested a refund and return label and seller had sent a non pre paid label! Had exchanged messages and woke up to find in email that seller had closed the case since it’s past 3 days BUT reply back on the third day (8/3/24 )of their so called “policy case”. Seller didn’t want to give me a pre paid return label and asked all sorts of unnecessary questions about the chairs trying to avoid sending a return label. If I don’t like the way it looks and there’s a defect, then send me a prepaid return label! Very annoyed and now I have to pay out of pocket to return these chairs. An absolute inconvenience! You have been forewarned! UPDATE- 8/4/24 Was able to return both chairs @ FedEx which the company used to ship. Had to pay out $229 (cheapest) to ship it back to them! FedEx had also warned about using this company to buy anything from since they deal with third parties to sell and ship. This company is the WORST and will give you a hard time about getting your refund back! But thank god for Amazon customer support which they helped resolve my issue with this seller. Let’s see if they will refund back my money…

Just get it. I purchased the dark brown leather. It came extremely fast through fed ex. 1 box. It took about 15 mins to put together. It’s just beautiful and a great piece to have.

I bought these chairs during the latest Prime Deals so this is only an initial report. Shipping was awful. They sat for 4 days in Georgia before shipping then another 3 in Oregon. I ordered two chairs and the boxes arrived without damage. Packaging was excellent. Watch the video! I assembled the chairs without any assistance in less than an hour. The video was quite helpful and very easy to follow. As noted in the photos, some parts were sub par: joints not aligning, sections not sanded, scuffed wood. These are mostly hidden once assembled. The chair bottoms are firm which I like. As noted by other reviewers, I too will buy larger pillows to replace the included lumbar ones. These pillows are too small to be functional and too similar in color to serve as accents. The chair frames are solid! I wanted accent chairs that would be easy to sit in and get out of (for aging friends and relatives). Since the backs do not slope significantly and the arms are very supportive these should fill this need. The drawings show 18” seat height; mine measure a full inch shorter. The height was a selling point so not being as advertised was disappointing. The bolts are inset but the holes are visible. I’m sure the local hardware store will have some wood plugs I can pop in so they look more finished. I do like the beige color and the overall look of the chairs. They are comfortable and for the price, a good buy. As noted above though, there are several minor items and I did consider returning them because of these.

My favorite most comfortable seats in the room ! Was a little tricky putting together .. Had a problem on one with screw hole being too short to take the screw and contacted the seller and they sent me a new chair! that did go together well but I learned .. tip : screw all the bolts in but NOT too tight , make sure they are somewhat loose so you can adjust ALL into proper place . Once you’ve got all the bolts in place and properly aligned, only then tighten well . Most of the one stars ratings were user error in assembly.. if it is truly defective like mine , the seller will make it right ! Definitely worth the price ! 👍
