It’s comfortable for the most part, but you can feel the hard spots where the nodes for the massagers are. It’s not as wide as I was expecting. The heat and massagers work great.

I ordered 2 of these chairs after seeing a lot of good reviews. They are very nice looking. Very comfy. Easy to assemble. But, they will not stay in either of the reclining positions. I have to constantly keep pushing myself back. And when you get up oht of them I have to take my foot and kick the bottom for it to lock in the closed position. And that means they scoot backwards. I just ordered a utility runner to put underneath them to try and help that part out. If you just want to sit and swivel and rock then they are ok. Not for reclining without a continuous workout. ... show more

The chair is not for a man over 5 ft tall. I’m 6”3 and the chair is way too small for me. It is firm and glides and does not rock. The shipping was awful. FedEx destroyed the box! Amazingly enough the chair appears to be not broken or damaged. But FedEx is the worst. It is easy to assemble and vibrates. It is pretty useless and does nothing as a massage chair. The chair is made in China and is in my opinion overpriced. I would not buy it again. If I had known that te reviews about it being tiny were accurate. I would not have purchased this at all. Good things is that it is a chair. It is comfortable and my wife likes it. I of course hate it. I feel as if I have been taken and paid over $300 for a chair worth about $100. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. The chair comes from California and is a Chinese cheap garage. It is not dark grey. It is so much lighter grey and the pictures are deceptive. I love these two recliners with rocker swivel, heat and massage... I bought the Grey ones and like most reviews they are not Grey they are more a deep green so I appreciate all you customers who said they were more green then grey..The color was a huge factor so I counted on your reviews when buying these chairs.. so glad I did.. I have deep greens in my livingroom.. the chairsxare fabulous.. a tad stiff to close at first but as we use them that's beco.ing easier..very nice love all the heat and massage features they work perfectly..Love them.. I'm wondering if anyone has had a hard time keeping your chair in the fully reclined position without it trying to fold itself up into siting position.. Is there a trick to it that I have not found? IM HAVING TO SHIFT MORE OF MY BODY WEIGHT UP TO THE BACK OF CHAIR IN ORDERCTO KEEP IT RECLINED...any suggestions...? ... show more

The vibrations f it doesn't really help your backor the massaging part is not good at all it just is annoying kind of feeling and the cord is too short it's pretty heavy it's easy to use it looks great it's not noisy at all is good for rocking your baby and if you have a stiff back yeah it works good ... show more
