Performance depends on pool size, circulation, outdoor temperature, cover use, run time, and installation. How fast will it heat my pool? At Air 78.8°F / Water 78.8→82.4°F, heating capacity is 55,000–7,572 BTU/h. At Air 59°F, it is 39,784–5,968 BTU/h. Heating is gradual temperature management, not instant water heating. Will it work well in colder weather? Heating mode operates at outdoor 5°F–104°F. Capacity decreases as outdoor temperature drops. Below 32°F, keep power on for antifreeze protection, or drain the water if the unit is powered off. Does it need professional installation? Yes. Professional installation is required. Confirm 208–230V/60Hz power, grounding, 12 AWG cable, 15A fuse, 30mA leakage protection device, 2 in water connection, 20.83 gpm flow, drainage, and clearance.
