After much research I chose the IMUS brand of bidets--one with air dry capacity, the other without. I have had these 2.5years and they are great. Major Benefit : These are instant-on, tankless water heaters you don't have to run a separate hot water line nor do you waste any energy heating and reheating a water reservoir so typical in most other brands... (Not to MENTION: once those reservoirs run out: alluvasudden!! - one has the shock of a cold-water rinse! AAARRRGGGHHH!!! ) ;-/ The lowest setting of the heated seat is a wonderful luxury in winter and can be turned off altogether in spring/summer or whenever ambient temperatures allow. The air dry works fine, with the only drawback being the time added the time to dry (so I seldom use it); however, if one has hemorrhoids or other sensitivities to the touch in the perineal area, the air dry is an essential game-changer. (How do YOU spell relief? ;-) Perhaps because of its long history producing bidets, this Korean company provides what I find is the best feature-packed price-to-quality value I have found in this category. AMERICANS: smarten up! Once initiated, you'll wonder why we're so far "behind" the rest of the world! Not only is a bidet so much more hygienic, it ultimately pays for itself in the amount you save when your toilet paper usage plummets! Yah....go ahead...no reason NOT to--UNLESS YOU HAVE NO ELECTICAL OUTLET/AVAILABILITY IN THE BATHROOM!) We absolutely love this, especially with all the extras. Does the job, the temperature control for the water us a must, the heated seat a bonus you will love. Also the dry with air is a must you will want. Easy install, well worth it!

I installed this when I remodeled my bathroom. I love it! It was easy to install. It has features that are usually found on models twice as expensive. I worked great. However after less than a year the water stopped. Buttons work, nozzle moves, seat is warm, but no water. Despite the lies in the description ("Responsive Customer Service") their customer service is non-existent. The e-mail address in the manual is broken and all messages bounce. They don't answer their phone and don't return messages. They claim a 2 year warranty, but that is meaningless if you cannot contact them to honor it. Maybe I just got a lemon. Giving it 3 stars because I liked it a lot. If only they had some minimal amount of customer service to back it up I would have given it at least 4. If they had resolved the issue in a reasonable time I would have given 5, after all failures happen. Update: Upped to 4 stars because I finally did get warranty replacement. They don't answer the phone or listen to messages, but apparently call back numbers that come in. If your number is blocked you're SOL. When you get the return phone call you get the correct website (www.theinushome.com) where you can submit a claim. ... show more

This bidet checks all the boxes, heated seat, heated water, adjustable nozzle, adjustable power settings, and there are a lot more features. The best feature is an eco mode which reduces the power required to run the unit. Installing wasn't too bad, it's fully adjustable to fit your needs.

I am very happy with inus bidet. . It works really well. Remote control is very convenient. It looks elegant in my bathroom. The skin sensor is perfect so that it will not turn on without anyone sitting on it and hence prevents water spraying outside toilet like many other bidets. It has a stainless steel nozzle and it cleans itself. My older bidet has plastic nozzle which always gets dirty. I even like the name inus. 😀. There is a good sense of humor in that. Everything about the bidet is customizable. Water pressure , water temperature, seat temperature, drying air temperature, nozzle position , steady vs oscillation.Love the led toilet bowl light There was a minor issue with a missing part required for installation . It was taken care in a timely fashion by the company and the company went above and beyond rectifying the issue. . I recommend messaging them through the app if any issues.
