I am very happy with inus bidet. . It works really well. Remote control is very convenient. It looks elegant in my bathroom. The skin sensor is perfect so that it will not turn on without anyone sitting on it and hence prevents water spraying outside toilet like many other bidets. It has a stainless steel nozzle and it cleans itself. My older bidet has plastic nozzle which always gets dirty. I even like the name inus. 😀. There is a good sense of humor in that. Everything about the bidet is customizable. Water pressure , water temperature, seat temperature, drying air temperature, nozzle position , steady vs oscillation.Love the led toilet bowl light There was a minor issue with a missing part required for installation . It was taken care in a timely fashion by the company and the company went above and beyond rectifying the issue. . I recommend messaging them through the app if any issues. Thanks again for a great product and extremely good customer service

I have had the same Toto washlet for 19 years (since they first arrived in the US from Japan) and I think that speaks for Toto. The washlet still operates but has started leaking hinge fluid which is not repairable. My replacement is the Korean made Inus R32 ( - maybe another company name may have been more apropo for the US market), which has taken washlet science to a much higher place. After years of use one learns what is a gimmick and what actually is useful. Dryers (who has the time), oscillators are silly but nightlights and deodorizers (that sadly, the R32 doesn't have) are very useful. The nozzle design is much improved over my earlier washlet and most important it is affordable. The venerable Toto was nearly $700. I only hope the R32 lasts as long. This is a superior product, and the functions are very well thought out except (my only complaint), for lack of lighting for the remote. With the bowl nightlight you can find the toilet but you can't see the buttons. Installation is very simple but you need electricity to run it, so that can be a challenge. Excellent product.

After 2.5 years product had a leaked. Below is my description of resolving the issue along with my original review. Had a good experience with their support, and it would lean me into buying another from them in the future with how it was handled. So I readjusted my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars as they stood by their product and resolved the issue. Not 5 stars as I have other things i wish this bidet did better, such as water pressure, and the remote control sometimes has issues changing the settings. But overall, happy with my purchase and I do not regret going with them. Update 4/7/25 - detached the bidet from the toilet to clean underside and when I unattached it, it had started leaking. Kinda disappointed it only lasted 2 and half years. Update 4/8/25 - Contacted Inus, they are sending a Repair Kit. Unsure if its a replacement for internals ill need to install or a replacement seat. Will keep updated on the process. Update 4/9/25 - Told the replacement is for internals, replacing the whole bottom portion of the bidet. Update 4/15/25 - Replacement control kit delivered. Waiting on a mounting kit I ordered as i threw original away. Update 4/21/25 - Installed new bottom portion of Bidet, was very easy to install and put it back on the toilet. Works perfectly. Original review below - Just received it today and installed it. As others have said, the opening of the seat is definantly small. It looks like a regular opening in the photos shown by them, but in person, id say it's a good 1/3rd smaller. I am upgrading from a $60 non-electric bidet that was my first bidet. Seat heater works well and the water heats up fast. The dryer also works well, and my toilet paper use will be cut even further down than it already has been. Ill just be adding a wattage tracker to track electricity to see the cost of having it. One defiantly disappointing thing of this is the pressure is a little weak in my very limited experience of bidets. Overall, it works well and does as it says. Just need to figure out what all the different modes on remote do, as they all seem the same. Will update review in future if needed.

We purchased the R32 model and installed it on a toilet we all frequent. So far, we all love it! After using it, you feel like no regular toilet seat will do the job. You actually miss it if you have to do your business at work, or worse, in some public stall like an airport or outhouse. I shudder at that prospect regardless, but being able to be clean afterward would be a blessing. That is why I would encourage you to purchase this toilet seat. It is very easy to install, if you can screw a big giant screw with a quarter you can install this toilet seat. The instructions are very clear. The remote works perfectly, and once installed, the lighting feature is actually fun to use. I hope that these toilet seats become a common feature in many homes and places of business because once I started using it, I started smelling other people's . . . . rear ends. That means I probably was one of the worst offenders of all since I could no longer smell my own!

I am having surgery soon and I thought this might help me recover faster and be more comfortable. I wanted to get it before surgery to test it out and get use to it. First off, it was super easy to put on, only a few steps and it fits great. It took me about 30 minutes to put it together and no leaks. I plugged it in and read how to use the remote and figured out all the bells and whistles. Everything is super easy to understand and it’s very user friendly. My first time trying it was great. I was a little nervous thinking it was going to be a jet stream but the low setting was gentle and the heated seat is fantastic! I used all the settings and it seems like this is going to be wonderful. The dryer was better than expected due to so many reviews saying it barely dries but I thought it did a decent job. I felt clean and fresh afterwards and thinking I am going to love this. The added bonus is how it lights up and the soft close lid. I am hoping this lasts a long time!

I been using different manufacturers bidets for over 25 years, Toto, Kohler, etc. For a go to Bidet, if you do not need the auto open and close, this unit ticks off all the right boxes. Low cost, heated seat, tankless hot water, remote, dual function spray unit, functional deodorizer, air fryer, bowl light auto shutoff, good bottom cleaning ( w/o tearing you a new one), easy to see lables on the remote, and the programmable muti-function auto is top notch. The only complaint is the remote mounting backplate should be a least the size of the remote. Why you ask? It a little difficult to engage the pressure buttons to manual use the other functions while in it cradle.

I love the bidet seat over all. It works great. Mayne I’m just not super familiar with the remote but sometimes when I go to touch the mode it doesn’t do anything. Maybe my fingers are dry?? Also when you hit done- I noticed the water heater light will come on and sometimes I have a harder time turning it off. I have to keep touching it. Idk what I’m doing wrong. Maybe it’s a little glitch but over all I’m very happy with it.

I tried so hard to love this bidet but, it didn’t work for me. The seat was too small for me and bc of this reason It was impossible to adjust the nozzle to the right position. I had to seat in awkward position so the water doesn’t splash on my back. Also, I had to hold the remote every time I use the bidet bc the remote wasn't working well when its on the wall. The heated seat was working great but, other than that it was quite disappointing.
