Wow this is a great little hot tub for the price! It’s perfect if you don’t have your house hardwired for a typical hot tub because it only uses a GFI with grounding: The sides are firm enough to support your weight while getting in and out (though I won’t be sitting on mine like others have claimed. A very lightweight person possibly could.) There are 2 cartridge filters which work great for me! Easy removal for cleaning. It comes with a floating ball for chemical tablets which may not be optimal when the lid is on (touches water) so I add liquid bromine weekly. The heater is a little slow from tap water to warm (overnight at least) but once it’s warm, it stays warm. No issues at all. Be patient :) The lid is inflated also with a thick sturdy layer over top which has lockable latches to keep out kids or pets. So it’s very light weight and easy to handle. The size is perfect for 2 or even 3 people to move comfortably. The tiny bubbles all around the perimeter move the water forcefully - not like a targeted jet of course - but nice movement all around you. I was pleasantly surprised at the force of the moving water. Only ONE design flaw....the drain is right next to the control box. For various reasons it would be better to place the drain opposite the controls, but we’ve made it work. I’ve had a huge regular jacuzzi in the past but wasn’t sure about the commitment this time. Waste of money, lasted 1 year,had to go buy a hard side hot tub, don't waste your time with inflatable spa not worth the cost 😒😒😒.

I bought this for me. My wife didn't say a word. I got it up and running very quickly and in about 36 hours it was hot. It gets up to 104° and when I'm in it, it doesn't lose heat very quickly, even when it's cold outside. This has proven to be the best alone time I can buy. It's hot, when the bubbles are off, is quiet and total bliss. Just watch out for the pump washers, they can fall out when you manipulate it. ... show more

BROKE LESS THAN 6 MONTHS. COMPANY IGNORES PLEA TO REPLACE ASAP. COMPANY REFUSES TO RESPOND. I REQUESTED REPLACEMENT ASAP. I AM LOOSING BUSINESS DAILY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR PRODUCT

Although my daughter believes we a hillbillies, this is one of our best purchases in a while. I have Fibro and this seems to be helping a bit. It is so nice to go home after a long day and relax.

    • Disappointed buyer beware
The good. Makes good bubbles. Nice size, Spreetail does fast Shipping , NO complaints on Spreetail ....... unfortunately, Thats where it ends. Main housing came in defective started claim online they responded that I had to call. So I did. Told them heater not working at all and pump doesnt disturb water at all believe it is also defective. I told her id be willing to send entire housing back but want new 1 Since I paid for it. She Told me they would replace entire housing. Put me on hold then told me I will receive email claim form fill it out and done. NOT SO FAST !! After doing claim form uploading reciepts and all . I went back to claim form. They want to send me a 37.00 bubble motor for me to install myself. I immediately called intex and told them this is not what was discussed I don't believe it would solve my heat problem at all. So the person I spoke with says probably need circuit board also. I told him I'm not playing this game. I want a new housing (that's what I paid for) I would ship defective one back. He said THATS NOT OUR POLICY. So either the first person or the second one was lieing to me. I proceeded to ask him if they were going to install these parts as that's not what I paid for. He said NO it was my responsibility. I told him CANCEL CLAIM I will be calling credit card company and returning this product . He responded that's my prerogative if thats what I want to do. WHAT A HEADACHE. As all boxes have been trashed. BUYER BEWARE SUPER DISAPOINTED WITH INTEX COMPANY SERVICE. Shop another company save yourself the grief. I will no longer purchase any intex product.     • Absolute CRAP!!
We purchase the pure spa SSPH 10 2 and have had nothing but issues with it from the day we purchased it and set it up. this hot tub is not worth your money it’s not worth the customer service that doesn’t do anything for you we were told every time we called that there’s nothing they could do for us and then our spa was discontinued they no longer carry or make any of the parts for our spa and no one would help me she basically told me to turn it into a pool in the summer. if you’re smart you will never buy anything from Intex ever save yourself the frustration and the money absolute piece of crap and waste of my money that I will never get back!!!
