Should have gotten one of these ages ago. I use it ever other night and it's so relaxing, helping greatly to reduce stress and anxiety. I use it without seats (bottom is cushioned and comfy) or even headrest, keeps temperature great and bubbles are strong. After using mine for a while, had a vacation and the hotel hot tub was a bit of a disappointment compared to this one. It was easy yo set up, and has been working great ... show more

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Highly, recommend this hot tub. I as a woman set it up all by myself. I haven’t had any problems at all except I drained it once and an error message came on you have to unplug it for awhile and remove the filter and put it back on with water in it to get it to work again. Other than that it does it’s job and the night light feature is wonderful at night. ... show more

Was so excited to recieve it. We started blowing it up an hour after we recieved it .....and low and behold theres a hole in it. WHAT A HUGEEEEE DISAPPOINTMENT....... its a hit or miss when buying things online...     • Got E90 error on the first try
I've just received my unit and after installing an filling with water I get the E90. The bubbles are working great. Installing was fairly easy, but from what I've been reading, Intex is pretty bad with their customer service and a shaft usually it's to blame. it seems the best solution would be to return and try with another one. --- Update after one day. So I got up on the day after I've assembled everything and removed the filters and the LED adapter . By doing that, the unit started working without reporting the E90 error. Then I added one filter, turned the unit on again (it worked), added the second filter (it worked) and finally added the LED and it also worked. After that, it took about 24hrs to get the water heated to 104F. I'll update again after some time using it. Since it worked, I'll add one star. ... show more
