    • Computer incomplete and build quality is poor.
When I took it out of the box, there was a bad rattling noise inside. I removed the side panel and found that the CPU fan was not installed, it had just been thrown in the case. There was no heat transfer paste for installation, but luckily, I had some paste and installed the fan. After startup, within a couple of minutes I got a CPU fan alarm and a CPU ovderheat warning. I shut the computer down and took the side panel off again and found that the fan was not running, though it was properly installed and plugged into the correct port on the motherboard. I had another CPU fan, so I installed that and it came up and worked ok. I needed to install another hard drive but found that the power supply is the absolute minimum for the components. I had to unplug the LED lighting (which I don't care about anyway) from the power supply and use an adapter to supply power to the new HD. I finally got everything up and running, but fortunately, I have a lot of experience building and repairing computers. Most new users would have burned up the CPU within 20 min or so and it would have been complete junk. ... show more

Super fast. Unbelievably quiet. It came with Windows 11 installed. Windows is getting better and better, I know because I've been with every version since V3.0. I elected to add a matching 120mm fan (silent) to the front panel only for symmetry, it only had one in a two position place, not a big deal. The PC has never failed to boot and has operated flawlessly. I no longer play games, but it does pretty good with the GPU that it has. ... show more

Dent so big I can stick my finger in the computer. Fan was dislodged too but I was able to clip it back. Seems to work.

when I got this computer and opened it up immediately heard something raddling around indie. ii looked through the glass to see one of the fans was lost and banging around on the inside. i opened it up and put the fan back in its proper place. I connected the power cable and my monitor and it started up and after a few minutes would show a warning screen saying that the CPU was overheating, I let it sit for a few hours and when I tried to start it back up I worked up to the point it overheated 5 minutes later. returned it the same day I got it ... show more

Only one month after purchase it will only boot to bios. So frustrated. The seller has only a website that is broken for support. Idk if the hard drive is crap or what, but I’m beyond angry at this point. Can’t be there are sellers like this still on Amazon.

It was on for 2 hours and off. It comes out CUP temperature error. And then I open the PC and I found the fan is not even attached to the cpu. I put the fan back myself and computer run again. But, this computer is really slow and can’t even run LOL
