I have an Asus LGA 1151 board and wondered what an I7 processor would do for my build. I'll never know, the processor was broken on one corner right out of the package. I5 is a solid processor, never should have doubted it.

I was kinda skeptical since it was renewed - Boy was I wrong, a game changer when I upgraded to this processor. It really sped up the pc in windows 11 - I can watch youtube and play Destiny 2 with no issues.
