I went thru the HD riding academy and bought this as my first helmet. The size chart was accurate and the small fit me perfect. Snug, not too tight. The chin strap adjusts nice & easy to clip and release. I like that it comes with a clear and tinted visor. Also came with reflective stickers which I put on. I’ve only gone up to 45 mph and you can hear the wind “whistling” a bit so I’m not sure how it compares to other helmets sound. But it was affordable and great to get me started. ... show more

First let me say this was not a helmet I bought for a motorcycle. My son wanted a electric scooter for Christmas, but the rule was he HAD to wear a helmet. So he decided he wanted a motorcycle style helmet. After much reading I did with helmets and reviews. This is the one I went with. 3 days after Christmas; he wrecked. This helmet with stood the pavement and saved his head and face. As a mom all I thought was, that could have been your head. This was a great investment and will now be my go to if I ever need to buy another helmet for any of my other boys. My son loves the helmet very much, he said it's light and he loves the smoke visor as he calls it. I will be buying him a new visor since he messed his up pretty good. ... show more

This helmet is great especially for the price very comfortable very easy to use and comes with accessories, the scarf however has a little difficult to put on take off but it blocks dirt and cold air well though.

Excellent helmet for the price. Had no break in period, fits well from the start. Great visibility and the 2 visors that come with it, change out Easley, though, not a high-end helmet, great for beginners and novice.
