My Brevell stand mixer broke after many years of faithful service. I chose this because it wasn't as expensive as a Brevell or kitchen aid and it got good reviews. I've been pretty happy. It's easy to use and clean up. The splatter shield thing actually works and doesn't fall in the bowl or make a huge problem. It is loud but not that much louder than my Brevell. It says not to let it go for more than ten minutes of stirring because it can overheat. I have to consciously put a timer on because my Brevell just shut itself off automatically. Not a huge issue so far. It doesn't have a scraper beater attachment which would make it awesome, but the regular attachments work fine. I've made many batches of bread, mashed potatoes and cookies with no trouble. I do have to stop and scrape. It's got a big enough bowl to make two or three loves of bread no more. Which is all I need. It's lighter than my Brevell. But it doesn't bounce around or anything. I push it back on my counter easily when I'm done with it and pull it out with no trouble. It fits under my over counter cupboards. My only real issue is that the knob has an obnoxious blinking light. I made a little paper cover for it and make sure that I keep the mixer head up when it's plugged in so it's not as annoying as it could be and so overall I think it is a good mixer for the price. ... show more

I really wanted to buy their pro mixer but wasn’t sure it would work in my kitchen. This mixer fits nicely in my tiny kitchen. Honestly, I am very pleasantly surprised with this mixer. It was packaged securely and came with an easy to read instruction manual along with registration cards. This baby has some weight to it, heavy with very strong suction cups. I recommend you have your countertop ready and pull the plastic sleeve off to set in place where you want it. I didn’t do that and my husband had to remove it off of the kitchen table for me. I had questions last night and went to their website which had an live chat option. They are very responsive and have a locally based office you can call or order pieces through. I’m so excited to use this mixer and I don’t regret not buying the other more expensive model. This may cost a bit more than some other mixers of similar make and wattage but the quality feel , weight and packaging. That along with the company’s reputation for their instant pot products convinced me to choose this mixer. I think I made the right choice and recommend this mixer to anyone looking for a good quality mixer to handle everyday task. ... show more

Functionally, this thing works like a charm. I've only had it for about 2 weeks and I've been whipping out bread and cookies like a mad man. The mixing power is more than sufficient, and all of the attachments are a perfect distance away from the mixing bowl. Haven't had any problems with the bread hook or paddle not being able to fully mix all ingredients. The only reason it got a 4 star from me was simply build quality. It's mostly great, but you can see the mixer flexing side to side when mixing a heavy dough or batter. Would have been better if there was less plastic and more metal. I had my doubts about the power level of this mixer but it has done the job on anything I have tried so far. I have whipped cream. I have made bread, cookies, brownies, muffins, so far it has worked really well. I have had some mixers that were four times the price that were much more difficult to use. I’m very happy with this purchase. It is bigger than I thought it would be, so it sits on the counter. The media could not be loaded. I bought this stand mixer in lieu of the kitchenaid and honestly it’s been great. It’s not very loud, has suction cups on the bottom to stabilize it and it doesn’t weigh too much. I’ve made small batches of banana bread so far, but I’m excited to use it for some new recipes and bigger batches. Definitely worth the money if you’re not able or willing to dish 300-something bucks for a kitchenaid. ... show more
