I absolutely love this Instant Pot! The 4-quart size is perfect for one or two people. It doesn't take up much space on my countertop, but it's still big enough to cook a full meal. Before this one, I used a 6-quart Instant Pot to make bone broth. It worked great, but I actually prefer this smaller size. Now I can make fresh, smaller batches two or three times a week instead of one big batch. For some reason, it just feels so much better, and I enjoy having freshly made broth more often. It's very easy to use, and I love how versatile it is. I've already used the pressure cooker, sauté, and slow cook functions, and everything has turned out great. The stainless steel inner pot is also very easy to clean, which is a big plus. It also looks really nice on the counter. The Sea Salt color is simple and modern, and the compact size makes it easy to store or move around if needed. If you're looking for an Instant Pot that doesn't take over your kitchen but still does everything you need, I highly recommend this one. It has been a fantastic purchase!

I like the shape of this one and the death of this one much better than my old 3 quart instant pot let me explain. The old 3 quart mini instant pot was taller and smaller around. So if you’re a person that had a six or an 8 quart instant pot you had to re-buy all of your accessories. And I am in process of downsizing. I gave away my big six and my eight cord instant pots in favor of just having one smaller one and I chose the Rio. It’s is big around as the six and 8 quarts, but it’s not nearly as deep so it’s not as deep as the other instant pot mini design which I don’t think is available anymore I’m not sure this one is bigger around so it’s easier to get a chicken in there a whole chicken And maybe a little bit of carrot and vegetables. Don’t go over the line inside, but it’s much easier at least with your liquid. It works OK see if your chicken wing is sticking up or the very top of the breast, but it doesn’t work for the liquid to go up any higher than the line in there so be sure and note that because that will be a difference, but it holds 4 quarts in total so you should be fine but so far everything that I have made in it. I have been happy with and I like the ease of being able to put a small roast or a whole chicken in there without stuffing it up on its side or something like that I like to put it in the correct way so that it comes out easier. This is the second one of these Rios that I bought. I gave the first one away because someone came and wished they had one and they were in a situation that I think it could’ve been quite helpful so I gave them my first one and now I got one of these brand new beautiful white ones just very pretty.

This is my first Instant Pot. I wasn't sure how I would feel about using one for cooking, which is why I had not bought one previously, I am pleasantly surprised. It's smaller than others I've seen, which I appreciate because of lack of space. I've been able to cook a variety of food without complaint, which always comes out tasting great. It cooks the food perfectly as long as you use the correct amount of liquid and cook for the appropriate time. Worth every penny that I did not want to spend during these times of high inflation.

Perfect size, just a bit bulkier than my earlier Instapot. This one is wider, while the earlier one was taller with same capacity so it looked sleek. My kitchen has limited space guess that’s y it hurts. But works beautifully & good quality of steel bowl.

I’ve had this Instant Pot for over 6 months now and finally came back to leave a review. I honestly use it a lot more than I expected! The 4QT size is perfect for me and my roommate, big enough to make a few servings but doesn’t take up too much space in the kitchen. I’ve made chicken soup, beef stew, rice, and a bunch of other things in it, and everything has turned out really well. It’s especially nice for soups and stews because I can just put everything in and let it cook without having to watch the stove. Super convenient when I’m busy or just don’t feel like cooking too much lol. Really happy with it after using it for months. Definitely one of my most useful kitchen purchases!
