I bought this TV and was very pleased with it. Our previously purchased and very expensive smart TV would not allow us to watch an entire movie without the occurrence of streaming several times. I purchased additional tech equipment and more band width thinking it would help - it did not. The INSIGNIA 50" worked perfectly from the day we brought it home and starting using it. Video is great. I'm seeing video detail and audio I've never experienced before. But, the audio. OMFG. Every instrument mixed in, KICKS!!! You'll feel it all, at half volume. I can't stop listening!!!🤯😆

Great Television. Big screen pretty crisp picture. The smart features are robust but may be a little intimidating when you first start. It feels virtually endless to what the TV can do on its own. The sound is good but I'm still thinking about getting a soundbar. This was on sale when I purchased it so that makes it even more incredible. Not sure I'd shill out full price for this, personally, but that's not because it isn't a good product but rather just expensive for any TV. This isn’t my primary TV, it’s set up in my office for baseball games and some light use. But it is very good quality and easy to use for the price. Simple Amazon interface. Would buy again

When first got the TV and took it out of the box it had no sound so I had to unplug it and let it sit for a minute and then at the sound started working so if you buy one of these TVs and the sound doesn't work try unplugging it for 1 minute and then plug it back in and it should work
