The media could not be loaded. First of all please forgive the photo and video, I still have to finish the backsplash underneath the hood. So, I was a little skeptical when I first purchased this hood because I had never heard of this brand before. But the good reviews sold me on it, and I'm so happy with it! Had my handyman come over, remove the old hood that stuck way out right into our faces when we were trying to cook over the stove, and install this new one. It is very substantial, durable, and our handyman was also quite impressed. The fan is quite powerful and provides a lot of suction. It fit right up into our cabinet, and the adapter going from the rectangular to the circular vent fit perfectly. I'm very impressed that the motion sensor has worked every single time, I thought for sure it would only work half the time or worse coming from a no-name brand. My wife loves it, especially all the space over the stove it freed up. It also looks amazing, very modern and sleek. I highly recommend!

For the price, this is a sleek-looking range hood. Installation was pretty simple and straight forward. I wasn't able to verify its CFM but at the highest fan setting of 4, it feels and sounds strong. Definitely loud at the strongest setting. That being said, this unit is not perfect. There are small inconveniences for me but could be a deal breaker for some. As mentioned by other reviewers, the touchless sensors are very sensitive and there is no way to turn them off. If you have to access cabinets above, a taller person or wearing a hat, this will be a great annoyance. Would've been great to program a way to turn the sensors off. Another issue is the lights. Not sure if this is how it's supposed to function, but pressing the power off button at the end of your cooking does not turn off the lights. You have to manually turn off the lights after pressing the power button. Being a person of technology, it would be intuitive to press the power button to turn off the whole unit and not just the fan. Overall, still a good unit for the price especially for the CFM. If money wasn't a huge factor, I would consider looking for another range hood.

Works great. Lights are great. Suction is good and not too noisy - but it’s a good size fan and does make noise. It has some features that I wasn’t planning on like a countdown timer on the fan but the best surprise was the little remote. Very nice feature. Overall, feel good about this purchase.

I liked how it was packed. The box-corners were a nice touch. The foam supports were very strong and very protective. The unit is relatively simple in it's operation. HOWEVER, the fan control / swipe for on/off feature is HORRIBLE. Very anti-intuitive. Plus, the timer function does not work. As my wife said, the person(s) who wrote the manual does not speak English or Chinese. Also, the parts they sent to anchor the back of the unit to the wall are a JOKE. They absolutely DO NOT WORK. Not for a D. They should ship the fan with real anchor / toggle bolts instead of those cheap plastic "expandable" anchors. And even then, I'm going to build real L-shaped mounts for all four top mounting holes. So, the fan is VERY POWERFUL. The electronic controls are a PITA. The TIMER FEATURE is non-functional / not useable. The mounting hardware is USELESS. And the manual is not in English or Chinese. If you can buy this fan with a $25 discount code like I did, I think it's worth $256. If not, my suggestion is PASS.
