No quality at all. The pliers are a very crudely welded pair of needle nose with a attachment for the rings. So crudely constructed the individual who welded it together didn’t bother to do a decent job or bother chipping off the slag . In fact the slag prevented the device from working as it interfered with connecting to the rings . I had to chip off the slag and file the weld to allow the pliers to grab the rings. When using these I noticed the clamping jaws.on the included pliers were cocked on an angle and welded wrong. Made operation quite poor. Returning this item.
