The media could not be loaded. First of all please forgive the photo and video, I still have to finish the backsplash underneath the hood. So, I was a little skeptical when I first purchased this hood because I had never heard of this brand before. But the good reviews sold me on it, and I'm so happy with it! Had my handyman come over, remove the old hood that stuck way out right into our faces when we were trying to cook over the stove, and install this new one. It is very substantial, durable, and our handyman was also quite impressed. The fan is quite powerful and provides a lot of suction. It fit right up into our cabinet, and the adapter going from the rectangular to the circular vent fit perfectly. I'm very impressed that the motion sensor has worked every single time, I thought for sure it would only work half the time or worse coming from a no-name brand. Works great. Lights are great. Suction is good and not too noisy - but it’s a good size fan and does make noise. It has some features that I wasn’t planning on like a countdown timer on the fan but the best surprise was the little remote. Very nice feature. Overall, feel good about this purchase.

Decided on this hood vent after much research. Value, cfm and features were important to me. Had an older bulky over the range microwave before and it just stuck out. This one fit my needs perfectly. The gesture controls are a bit tricky but I'm learning them. The remote is a nice extra that I totally didn't expect but works quite well. The LED lights are more of a white light...guessing around 4500k to 5000k which I don't mind at all 4 speeds on the fan work well. Don't forgot to put in make up air otherwise on the two higher speeds you will create negative pressure in your home. Can't wait to trim this fan out and check off another project. Highly recommend this range hood. Was surprised to not see protective film but everything was packed well. ... show more
