If you're looking for a powerful well-built scooter just buy this and quit looking! They are very well built and extremely powerful but still fold and can be put in the back of an SUV. Don't be suckered in by the higher speed on some of the other brands that means they are geared too high with a weak motor and have no power on hills. These go plenty fast but can climb hills like a boss! Highly recommend! ... show more

Works great, I weigh 243lbs and this pulls me up hills very well. I get about a 18mph speed out of it which is more than enough for what I use this for. This is a great handicapped tool. Front wheel assembly was easy to put together not as hard or confusing like some of the other reviews I have seen on this product. I wanted to like this scooter — it accelerates quickly (fitting the claimed 1300W peak motor) and is genuinely easy to ride. Unfortunately, several issues have piled up in just six weeks of normal use on sidewalks and paved roads that make it hard to recommend, and a few advertised features don't match reality. **Major issue:** The rear tire blew out after only 6 weeks despite the listing's claim of anti-slip tires built for city streets and sidewalks. There's no way to air it back up, and I ended up pushing a 60+ lb scooter over a mile home. **Advertised vs. actual:** - **"Removable front basket (55lb capacity)"** — There is no front basket at all. There's only a rear basket, and it sits under the seat, so the overhanging seat makes it hard to fit much inside. - **"Bright headlight"** — In practice it only illuminates a few feet ahead, not enough for real visibility at night despite the safety claims. - **Phone holder** — Doesn't accommodate phones with protective cases, so the "never miss a call" convenience feature isn't very usable for most people. **Other problems:** - **Seat height:** The seat post slowly slides down over time, even tightened as much as possible, so it won't hold your set height. - **"12-month warranty and professional after-sales customer support"** — I haven't found any clear way to actually file a warranty claim. The troubleshooting guide in the listing is limited and doesn't offer an option for issues outside its short list. **Bottom line:** Fun to ride when it works, and the acceleration and speed claims seem accurate. But the tire failure, the missing front basket that's prominently advertised, and the lack of a real warranty process are hard to overlook. I'd recommend buyers go in with caution. ... show more

This little thing is sweet for what you pay. The hardest thing was putting it together. That takes a lot of patience. For being about 200lbs, this thing will take me uphill no problem. Make sure you pump the tires up properly and ensure there is no wiggle room in the tires before you begin riding. It goes as fast as I need it to honestly. Battery life is good. Haven't run out while riding, but I keep it charged always so I don't know if its range is true. I've ridden it 10 miles straight with no charge. I love this thing. I take it everywhere. I use every excuse to use it and go somewhere. I'm a grown kid at 37 yo, but it has helped my mental health and got me outside a lot more. It's enjoyable. I wish they had fatter tires. That's probably my only complaint. But it's been good so far, no issues. I've had it for a couple of weeks. I want a bigger one now. 😆 ... show more
