For the week and a half this remained whole in it one piece it works fantastic got it for my son to help relieve some of his stress and anxiety. However when the Top sand bag busted off so quickly when he’s using it it causes the stress and anxiety to go even higher because He’s even more annoyed. did talk to customer service they said they will send out a replacement part as soon as possible if that is done in a timely manner then I will update the review to reflect that. The packaging was disorganized. I'm missing certain screws. I'm missing five out of eleven 4.2 screws. I'm missing three out of four of the top screws. They kinda oval shaped. I'm missing the fixing screw and the top screw that goes above the washer, which I am also missing. Also the inflator was broken when it came. Next time out the screws in ziploc bags and count them. Both of the punching bags do not hold air. I contacted the Amazon customer service, which was useless. Innolife reached out and replaced both of the punching bags! Now, the whole trainer is amazing! Great for drills, does not move around or come off the floor with hard hits/kicks. Definitely a great addition to my training repertoire. ... show more

I like this product. It was an easy set up and the adjustable height is great. My wife can use it too. I added sand with water to the base to increase stability. Overall good product to burn some calories at home.

Fun, but springs are cheap. My 3rd tine using mine brand new and the spring snapped off and sent the bag flying from a regular jab. Was confused at first until i realized it broke off, then i was pretty upset. For over 400$ you would think that you could use the thing atleast 3 times. Good thing it came with a replacement spring and bag, but hopefully it dont happen again or im out 400$ basically. ... show more
