The media could not be loaded. The 5 smart presets make it incredibly easy to use. I love the large 18-egg capacity and the automatic egg turner—makes it so much easier. The built-in humidity control with the refill-free 1L tank is a game changer, and the egg candler is a great bonus for monitoring progress. Everything worked flawlessly, and I had a very successful hatch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly incubator!

I received my incubator fast shipping and packaged extremely well. I decided on buying this model based on all the great reviews. I'm very pleased with it. Would I spend money on this? No, because I hate the alarms. I would spend the money to get something that doesn’t have an alarm or a cheaper version without all the settings. This is good for beginners but not great for dry hatching unless you like listening to alarms.

I have 17 eggs in this right now on day 16 of the 21 day cycle. I love that there is a sufficient water reservoir that without opening the incubator one can see the water level and add water without disturbing the eggs. The candling light isn’t bright enough to illuminate what is inside but some of the other features far outweigh the need for an alternate light source. I like the straight sides of the clear dome and that there is lots of room inside. The display is easy to read and easy to set. The eggs roll well and it is easy to test this feature. Early on the unit was making a funny sound and I messaged the manufacturer and they responded quickly. All it needed was to be unplugged and started again and has worked perfectly since. I’ve used five different incubators this season and this one is my favorite. I’ve got five incubators and the first three began hatching a day late while this incubator has seemed to hold temperature and humidity more consistent and one chick hatched on day 19, another on day 20 so far this morning with several others have holes pecked.
