my hair is both bouncy and moisturized, and is slightly crunchy on day 1- which is exactly what i want. my hair lasts all week with mininal dryness and frizz, and gets more volume as the week goes on. this will not fight humidity tho, so add something else to help that if ur in a humid climate. i chose an anti humidity gel. ... show more

This gel has some serious hold power. For a lighter weight hold and less stickiness, pair this with the Calm Hold Cream. Get your hand wet, put a small amount is gel in palm, add some cream, emulsify and warm together, flip hair and then scrunch through. No crunchy curls!

If you’re doing the curly girl method, this leaves a great cast. I would just make sure you only use it for the curly girl method. If you put it on damp hair and not hair that’s soaking wet it’ll end up stringy and weird looking.
