I’m giving a 4 rating because I find it a little difficult to work through my hair. My hair seems to matte up with this shampoo so I have to carefully rake it through to get to my scalp. I decided to keep using it awhile anyway and have to say my hair no longer feels as dry and frizzy as it did. I guess it’s worth the extra effort but I’m not totally sold yet.

This stuff is magic in a bottle. Highly recommend, I’ve used it for years. Keeps those curl families together without being too heavy. Could recommend the bigger size, after getting the smaller size I was like crap I’m going to have to order this again sooner than later.

I have baby fine curly hair. It frizzes out easily, but if you put most conditioners on it, it becomes limp and oily looking (no matter how light the conditioner). That is until I found Innersense products. This shampoo cleans thoroughly, but super gently -- so it's safe for color treated, or over worked hair. The best part is how my hair is clean and light, but still manageable and the curl keeps it's nice shape without frizzy or flying away. Would highly recommend also if you're sensitive to fragrance, or have issues like thyroid that make your hair dry and brittle. This stuff is amazing. The only reason it got 4 stars for value was because it is expensive...but for me it's worth it.
