My V13 arrived with several scratches in different areas around the EUC. The front bumper is loose and makes a clicking sound when grabbed. The trolley handle does not lock into place. I was told by INMOTION that the V13 would come with a suspensionless conversion kit, but it did not. They contacted me once I left a negative review and sent me the suspensionless conversion kit. They offered me $50, but would not give it to me unless I changed the review. My V12 cut out on me while turning and threw me off the wheel. I do not feel safe riding the V12 anymore. I hope the V13 does not have the same issue. ... show more
