Size: Printer + Shaker + Laptop
Received my equipment three days early. Did the unboxing videos and had no issues. Followed the instructions on setting up the machines and had no issues. When it came to downloading the software thats when things got difficult. I was connected thru WhatsApp with Daisy and she walked me thru all the steps and got my printer working. She was kind and patient with me and got all the little kinks worked out.
