I love this printer, I have been through 2 other DTF printer and by far this is the best. Customer service is on point. They will remotely connect to your computer and show you everything you need to know if you need them to. I love it!

Horrible customer service and tech support

Printer finally working after having it for 2 weeks. The powder shaker and dryer does not roll the film. I chatted with Paisley tech support from 8pm CST until around 3:30am CST and problem still not resolved. I took pictures and sent videos that she asked for only to be told around 2am CST that she did not receive them. Then Lexy and Kurt sent over an incomplete chat transcription. I have also been waiting 2 weeks for the screw that goes in silver tube to support the motor. Paisley tech support consisted of me sending videos and taking pictures. Powder shaker still not working. So Lexy and Kurt says backend team will contact me, but they don't know when. Furthermore, Paisley refused to answer my questions. She even left to attend a meeting without letting me k own. I was chatting with myself. While she was gone I , me, by myself got the equipment to start rolling. But when the printer stopped printing it stopped rolling. When Paisley finally returned, I asked what can I do so that the printed image can continue rolling so that it can go through shaker and dryer. She never answered my question, but kept asking me to send videos. So here I am 2 weeks later and had to cancel orders still waiting for some assistance. If there is anyone who has purchased this powder shaker and dryer please respond and assist with getting set up. ... show more

I had to take a star away
First i want to start off with customer service WOW! They are amazing. and the Machine is so easy to run. Thank you So much Cherry . But I hate that you have to go through 3 programs to get it to print I have wasted so much film that I feel like I should get one in return . And the settings you use for one photo might not work for another ... show more

This is my second DTF Printer. My first was from another company and it was difficult. Took 2 weeks to get it up, had to change components and alter the design per tech support. !nksonic was a big improvement. Easy guide, easy set up. Best DTF printer!!
This printer is so fast! It took less than 5 minutes to print a good size picture. I had trouble trying to print so I reached out to their customer service. Very helpful and patient. Over all 5 stars!
