This is my 3rd DTF printer. It works so much better than the AllanPad. The customer service with inksonic is far better as well. My first dtf printer was inksonic R1390. I still have it and it still works. I use it as my backup printer, but I havent needed it since ordering this printer. I can't say enough good things about the customer service. They are patient and understanding and will stay with you until you get it figured out. I had lines in my prints and they showed me how to take and make my image a tiff file so it would print better. I haven't had anything but good prints since then. The colors are great. It is a great value. Customer service is easy to work with making the printer easy to use. I think I will have this printer for a long time. It's very durable and if you use the box it comes in to sit it on it takes up less space than most. I'll just let the prints speak for the quality.

I have only used my printer once and ran into an issue but InkSonics customer support has come to my rescue not once but twice so far. Joy came to my rescue today, after much frustration on my part, she jumped right in and had me printing in no time. She was very helpful remoting in and working on my printer. She followed up by making sure all of my questions were answered.
