Today I had to contact customer support and Twyla helped me in the best way! The whit wasn’t printing and Twyla messed with the settings and fixed the problem just like that! I recommend this printer not only for printing but for the customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I got this product a little over a month ago, and I have done so many prints on it already and it has made my life so much easier than having to feed each individual piece of film and cure each film. The customer service has been great. The only thing I would say is it would be nice if it wasn’t at 9 PM at night however they’ve helped me with all of the problems that I’ve had. Definitely recommend it.

But I hate that you have to go through 3 programs to get it to print I have wasted so much film that I feel like I should get one in return . And the settings you use for one photo might not work for another
