They deserve 10 gold stars for the help they provided!! And a huge raise!! If you order the Shaker &Dryer, you will find the roller mechanics tucked under the chrome heat shield in a plastic bag. Leaking ink everywhere. I need a replacement and tech support isn’t any help. They want me to take this screw out, take this panel off, switch wires. I’m just over on the poor quality of this printer

Follow the directions very simple
