Have had it for a couple months. So far no complaints, enjoying the printer. Took me a week to unbox bc I was scared but the whole process of unboxing and set up was very smooth, instructions are very clear and printing is easy as long as you follow instructions/directions. Print size is big enough for any craft idea! My personal view of this machine is well worth its money. I use this printer for personal reasons and so far I have had nothing but compliments on my kids and families shirts. Just as any other electronic/machine/tool/equipment, there’s minor issues but Tech support is on their A game!

Where do I begin with this thing? I bought the all in one package for the A3 printer with the auto shaker and oven. First of all, they forgot to ship my order for a few weeks. Days after the expected delivery date, I reached out and asked what was going on. I was waiting for a response in the chat, when I got an email saying "Your shipping label has been created!" I immediately asked in the chat "Did you guys literally JUST start processing my order?" to which the support person responded "Yes. Sorry." That was the only explanation I got. After receiving it, the shaker oven was damaged out of the box. Before fully unpackaging it, I sent photos and videos of this damage to them. I was told someone would follow up with me on this via email. Nobody ever did. I've followed up with them multiple times and they have stopped responding. As I began assembling, I learned there really aren't ANY videos or instructions on how to operate the machine. Literally nothing. There's a booklet on how to set it up and install the software, but no instructions on how to use the software or machine after that. The booklet for setting up and operating the shaker was like 4 pages. It had ZERO instructions on how to really use it. It's written in poor, unclear english with bad diagrams. When I hit up their support chat to start asking some questions on how to operate it correctly, they responded by telling me that their user manual was comprehensive and that I should refer to it. I asked if there was a different manual than the four page one I recieved, to which the support agent responded "No. Just that one. I guess it's not very comprehensive." Once the printer portion was set up, I spent 7 hours. I'm not joking, SEVEN HOURS in a chat window trying to get help with cleaning the print head. The first nozzle check I did was HORRENDOUS, and after numerous head cleanings it still wasn't a clean nozzle check. After 7 hours of having this guy remote control my computer and app through teams (while doing an awful job at communicating what was actually happening, and making we wait 30 minutes or so between communications at times) we were finally able to get a nozzle check that he said "wasn't that bad, right?" To this day I've still never gotten a clean nozzle check. I'd also like to comment on the advertized speed. This machine advertises it can print an A3 graphic in 3 minutes. Absolutely not true, even on the lowest quality settings. I think the fastest I've gotten it to print an 10in x 12in image is 17 minutes or so. I've spent most of my free time over the past month tinkering with this thing, trying to figure it out, trying new settings, etc. And I still can't get it to smoothly operate. And the support is definitely getting sick of helping me. Other problems I've had (I've had so many, I'm just gonna start bullet pointing them): 1. The first time I turned on the oven, the machines internal fuse blew INSTANTLY. It's since blown 3 more times. 2. Support wouldn't give me any info on what kind of fuse I needed to buy, and just kept saying "Buy the same one that's already in there". After going to 3 hardware stores (none of which had the fuse or knew which kind it was), I finally blew up on the support people and they emailed me the details for the fuse so I could buy a pack on amazon. 3. I CONSTANTLY need to clean the printhead and do nozzle cleanings. If I'm using the machine, I'd say I have to do a nozzle clean after every 10 prints or so. 4. Theres no way to correct color in the provided software. It came with a thumb drive with what is supposedly "photoshop" on it, but I've never actually been able to get the software to instal. I tried multiple times but finally gave up. 5. I'm lucky if the RIP software starts. 4 out of 5 attempts I just get some random error message in chinese when I try to open the software. 6. Support is in china. When you hit up the support chat, they ask you to schedule a time with the support techs, and it tends to be late in the evening when they start (because they are on china time). Every time I've scheduled a time, the tech has been like half an hour late for that time. I could definitely keep going on about this. But I've honestly already depleted so much of my mental energy on this thing at this point. If I could do this over again, I wouldn't come near this machine or this company.

I just set it up today and had some trouble with the settings and ink cartridges. However, customer service immediately solved the problems remotely from an app. Very courteous and patient when helping.

I bought this for my niece to help with her hobby shop. I believe she has thoroughly enjoyed it, I believe it has changed her life for the better. Also I wanted to add that my niece was having problems with the printer, called customer service and they were patient, professional and very thorough and most polite and caring. I believe they spent about three hours walking her through every step and it is printing much better.

This review is going to be a little bit long- but I want to share my experience in detail. I am NOT a paid reviewer of this product. This machine is definitely capable of creating great prints! Everything you need for producing DTF transfers is included, at least in the set I purchased: ink, film, RIP software, powder, oven, this set had it all and then some. Lots of info on how to set up the printer and get everything going. Pretty straightforward and simple. I have several unusual printers for various print jobs, UV, etc, so I have a bit of experience setting up and operating printers, but this one gave me a little bit of a hassle, at first. Initially, I had a problem getting white ink to print without dark lines in it. I worked with Paisley, Gabe and others to solve my issues through WhatsApp. They worked on an issue they found- getting the driver to work correctly for the printer- which made the print settings on the RIP software a lot easier to use (my computer was not working well with the first driver installed for whatever reason)- their driver installation trial and error adventure resulted in the printer spewing out tons of film covered in random letters and numbers. After that was resolved, I still had a very hard time printing white ink without issues. The techs gave me detailed instructions for changing out the ink cartridges and thoroughly cleaning the machine to try to resolve the issue of a notable gray tinge and dark lines in the white ink. After several sessions with the techs over a few days of troubleshooting, we were able to get perfect white printing smoothly. I had no issues with language or time zone barriers working with Inksonic. The techs listened to my issues and were very quick to show me the best ways of resolving problems. I feel like I really got the opportunity to learn this machine inside and out as they showed me detailed processes to resolve my white ink issues. Overall, this machine is very easy to use after all the bugs are worked out. The printer is simple to maintain and creates very good quality prints. All of the accessories that came along with the printer work well and are of good quality; no issues there at all. The RIP software is extremely simple and user-friendly compared to others I’ve used. I am already considering purchasing another machine from Inksonic in the future. Thank you for being a helpful company that has great customer service!
