Printer and oven came completely bundled up in hard foam and in a large crate. I had a total of 3 deliveries. The crate, box of ink and supplies, and then the laptop. All within a day from each other. The manual was easy to follow and unlike some DTF printers out there, most of the printer is pre-assembled. You just assemble the roll film bracket, place ink in containers and bleed lines. Here is where I needed tech support, as my printer would not allow a nozzle check. Before heading to work, I set an appointment with tech support. After work. CHERRY assisted with troubleshooting the problem. The app they use is super helpful, as Cherry and I were able to share videos and pics while texting. Thankfully, nothing major was wrong and Cherry got my printer up and running smoothly. This printer comes with a complete line and cartridge replacement system, cleaning and moisturizing solutions for maintenance cleaning, as well as additional power circuit boards. Seeing all of it, I thought, "boy, this is going to take awhile to put together". Only to realize, it's all EXTRAS! They also have a video of the manual if you prefer to watch. If something isn't working right, skip trying to look for an online video, just make an appointment for that evening and have tech support help you out. I spent hours scouring for videos pertaining to my issue. Cherry had me up and running in half the time.

Received my machine in the mail and it was fairly easy to get all set up. I did run into a small issue with the paper feed but customer service was quick to help me walk through it and trouble shoot the problem to fix it!

Update: DO NOT PURCHASE The machine worked for two uses then stopped. The error light started flashing after printing a picture. I contacted support and the walked me through first taking off the top panel and moving the gears, then taking off the back panel to check the wires on the motherboard. After they requested I unplug one of the wires to look at it I stopped. If anything went wrong trying to fix this your warranty is now void. Over $2000 for a machine why am I having to take a brand-new machine apart to do repairs. The company makes sure they mark everywhere once you install ink you cannot return the machine or get a refund so basically you are stuck. I will be taking it up with Amazon and returning. Not worth the headache. They now advised After special review and approval, as you fully meet our repair policy, we have decided to invite you to participate in the free repair service at the overseas repair depot. You will not incur any charges; all repair costs will be covered by InkSonic. Typically, printers shipped to the US repair depot take three to five days to arrive, and repairs are completed within a week. Unless it's an emergency, repairs can be completed within three days. We will provide daily updates on the progress of the repair and arrange for return shipping after the repair is complete and tested. Delivery also takes only 3-5 days. More details are attached, and we kindly ask that you review them carefully. If you agree to this repair plan, please reply to this email to confirm. We will promptly arrange the repair process and provide a shipping label and detailed instructions. Of course, we always respect your decision. If you still wish to return your product, please note that according to our policy, if your printer has already been refilled with ink, the platform may charge a fee. Therefore, returning your product may not be a cost-effective decision. Selecting and commissioning a new device also requires more time. In contrast, our repair service guarantees that your printer will be fully operational. Therefore, we sincerely hope that you will reconsider. So it's either be without the printer I already paid for for a few more weeks which is time I'm missing out on or return it with a fee because I put ink in the printer expecting a new printer to be operational. MAJOR HEADACHE BUYER BEWARE

The printer is a really good beginners printer. It was easy to set up but I did have some issues with the white ink due to the sac not working properly. Joy was extremely patient and helped me get it working. I highly recommend. My only advice if you are having issues get some cheap dtf paper so you don't waist the good stuff. I love a good ammound of my paper and ink during the fixing process, other then that I'm a happy customer

The media could not be loaded. I bought this printer bundle in early July. I am very pleased with it! I set it up and everything looks great. I had a bit of problem understanding the settings of the printer but when I asked for help someone was there to walk me through and even helped me remotely. Customer service was great. Joy was patient and very helpful. She took the time to help getting the setup done right. I would recommend this bundle if you’re interested in making your own dtf custom films.
