I purchased this product April 2026, but was not able to set up until May 17 due to illness. It was packed very well. Once I started setting up and trying to do test prints, the computer that came with printer would not communicate to each other. I did get assistance through inksonic. They had me moving wires, unplugging and plugging wires inside printer. We worked on it for hours, and 2 days. During this time, I had several different techs and we had to start at the top each time as if they weren’t able to see what had previously been done. Then they had me repack it and send to their repair shop. 3 weeks gone and I got it back yesterday but the cords and paper roll holder did not come back with it. I am still not able to use it. I am sad and frustrated with this item. It was a lot of money and still have not got to use it. Of course it’s past the window for return or replacement. ... show more

It sucks came in damaged and missing parts made 2 prints and it stopped printing all together also spewed white all over everything as a part was missing an o-ring just horrible

I ordered this machine - first of all fedex is the worst shipper - because the box was heavy they said that it was damaged and had to be returned to sender - then I went to get my package and there wasn’t anything damaged When I brought the printer home - the manual was easy to follow and has instructions and pictures - they also send a usb with video walk through on how to piece it together I had a hrs time doing the software upload so I contact them with the QR code on the Manuel and they got back to me right away Cherry helped me and she did great - took over my screen and showed me step for step what to do while still communicating with me through message so I can go back and reference They have great customer service ... show more
