I grabbed this 120‑count set for a family get‑together and everyday use, and it actually surprised me with how sturdy it is. With 60 forks, 30 spoons, and 30 knives, it gave us plenty to get through dinner without worrying about running out. Right away I noticed these feel heavier and more rigid than typical disposable cutlery. The forks don’t bend when you’re using them, and the knives actually cut through things like salad and cooked veggies without feeling flimsy. The spoons are nice and solid too — they don’t flex when you’re eating soup or dessert. The silver color looks nicer than plain white plastic, which made them feel a little more appropriate for party use. We used them at a casual dinner, and they didn’t look out of place on the table. They definitely look more upscale than the ultra‑cheap disposable sets I’ve used before. For everyday use around the house, they’re nice because they hold up well — no cracking or bending when someone’s plate is full. And because there’s so much in the pack, it’s easy to keep some tucked away in the kitchen drawer for last‑minute needs without having to worry about frequent restocking. These aren’t eco‑friendly, so if sustainability is a big priority that’s something to consider, but for occasions where you want convenience without sacrificing function, they work really well. This is a quality set of plastic “silver” ware. The pieces are bright and shiny, making them really look similar to metal cutlery. They are heavy duty and solid. I typically don’t mind plastic utensils for things like dessert or pasta salad (lightweight foods), but don’t like them for hearty meals. I think these would hold up just fine - though I don’t think the knife would cut a steak very well as depicted in the product listing. These are on the pricey side and I would only splurge for them to use at a nicer event. You know - one that you really would prefer real silverware at, but don’t want the dishes. What is especially nice about this set is that you get double the amount of forks as knives and spoons. Essentially, it’s full dinner service and a fork for dessert. We are having a simple, small gathering for my daughter’s marriage at the end of the summer and these will be perfect for the occasion.

I have a large family and so I always use plastic silverware when entertaining for birthdays or get togethers. I don't like the super flimsy ones either. I am always on the lookout for sturdy silverware. These are very nice. They are thick and durable enough for most meals that you would serve. The knives are sharp enough for most everything except maybe steak, but honestly, who serves steak to 30 people? absolutely love that they come with twice the forks as with dessert we are always running out of forks. So this set is perfect for most get togethers. I love the gold color. Depending on the season and the plastic plates that I am using I like gold or silver. At Christmas I usually pull out the gold. This is a great value, especially for the double forks in the package.

Basing solely on the look - I think the silverware is great. The box was slightly smaller than expected, but I love that it’s not bulky. The count of the silverware is perfect for what I need it for. I have 40-50 people coming for a party, and needed mostly fork. 60 is a perfect number just in case we need extras. More people use fork than spoon anyways (my bias), especially since we’re not having soup or desserts that require spoon. I have not gotten to cutting with the knife yet, but I don’t really have high standard for disposable knives anyway. For disposable utensils, I’d say how it looks and how it feels is more important. The gold color does not look or feel tacky. I’m excited to use this at my party.

If you're looking for a way to keep that formal silverware look without the need for actually getting metal silverware, this 120-count Heavy Duty plastic silverware is just excellent. They have a beautiful look and color and have great sharpness with the knives and forks. They perform just about as well as their metal counterparts, with the added benefit of not having to wash silverware at the end of the party or get-together. The 120-count quantity is a great value, and they pay for themselves since you don't need to deal with washing afterwards. These are beautiful. great quality and a perfect choice for your entertaining. Weddings, picnics, birthday parties, food trucks - they'd be great for a lot of purposes.
